Every time we order we get the wrong stuff. Today they gave us 14 tenders when we ordered Bone in so we call they say they'll remake it and to bring the tenders in. They remake the exact same way giving us tenders again!!! Oh and the original container of tenders that we got and opened and touched when we were seeing if the bone in ones were under it are being given to other customers!!!!!! What? Amazing food and service, an employee named Jocelyn helped me pick a new flavor and was kind, sweet, and mindful throughout the whole process. The atmosphere was very fun and exciting, being able to cheer on my favorite basketball team whilst waiting for my food. When my food was done, Jocelyn brought my food out to me and wished me a good meal! The food was cooked perfectly and i would definitely recommend going to this wingstop. So upset we left our paid food behind. We arrived at 3:44 and the cashier was not in a great mood or welcoming. We were the only ones in line. There was only one couple sitting at a booth when we were finally attended. We ordered and paid about $45.00 and after 45 -50 minutes of waiting and watching people come in a leave with orders I approached the cashier and asked about our order to which he just turned and walked away. Then a few minutes later said "It will be 8 more minutes." We were very hungry and disappointed in the service at this store. WE GOT UP AND LEFT OUT PAID MEAL Because of this. Highly recommend having QSC check in on this store immediately!! First- the store itself was filthy, nothing stocked at the drink station, out of most all of the drinks in the coke machine. Every surface was sticky. We were quoted 45 mins for our wings and there were only 3 tickets on the line. I watched two baskets of chicken sit over the fryer for more than 10 minutes until the only girl saucing put them all in a bowl and moved them to the line and took another 15 minutes saucing. The cashier was rude and everyone in there seemed to be on opioids. It was very strange in there and after watching them handle multiple orders, I decided to leave my paid for food because I did not feel comfortable eating food prepared by these people. Do not waste your time going to this place...... the person dropping the chicken was also saucing, bagging, and making door dash drinks and never once washed her hands in the 30 minutes I watched her. The Wings and tenders are quite delicious I often find myself ordering them, however the fries are never crispy which disappoints me and the prices are a bit high. I figured this place needed updated reviews. I admit that I almost didn't want to stop here based on the low reviews but they are from a year ago. I walked in on a Thursday around 3pm and ordered 24 wings with large fries. The initial customer service with the cashier was great. There was a full staff working the back (about 3 others) putting together other orders. I waited maybe 12 minutes for my entire order to be completed. It was a steady pace of customers when I walked in. In the end, everything came out delicious and up to par with other Wing Stops I've been to. I will definitely be returning here. Came here to order some togo food before the Rockets game one night and the line wait wasn't bad at all. This location is located right across the street from your local walmart and is pretty easy to get to from the A&M Kingsville campus. I was quickly met by the cashier and she handled my order very professionally. I ordered both traditional wings and boneless for the crew. Flavors here are good, just know what flavors you want. I always get the garlic parm, lemon pepper, hawaiian, and the mango hab. Alot of people rave about the sweet potato fries, i dont really care for them, but i do like the cajun fries and always order one of each. This wingstop in particular always hooks it up with more food than usual! They also have great service and my food is always hot and fresh to eat when I'm there and when I get togo food. I've never had any problems with them and would def come here again in the future. read more

This is the slowest Wingstop location I've ever been too. It took 45 minutes to get our order, and there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. When we finally did get our order the boneless wings were hard and dry. We sent them back, and they didn't want to replace them at first because it was too close to closing time. On a positive note, the quality of the food has been fairly good each time we've eaten here. However out of the 3 times we've ordered from this location, 3 times it took approximately 40 minutes for wings for 2 people (dining in, not takeout) And unless they had an insane amount of to-go orders each of the 3 times we came, it didn't appear to be busy. Also on our most recent visit, one of the cooks frequently came out to talk to his friends who were eating in the dining area and even brought free food to them at one point, while some in our group had been waiting more than half an hour for their food. I would understand a long wait for food occasionally when it is busy or at a more formal restaurant but they classify themselves as a 'fast casual food'. I wouldn't say that I'd never go back but absolutely recommend calling in your order ahead of time. read more
