Food is very good and the portions are generous. The weight staff are always pleasant and polite.

I had Uber Eats deliver my order consisting of Edamame, Yellow Curry (chicken/med spice) with a side of steamed rice. The food was appropriately hot and delivered quickly. The curry was watery, tasteless and lacked anything that tasted like a curry. Overcooked vegetables, tons of bamboo shoots and green pepper pieces. Chicken had nothing left either. What a disappointment! I immediately called to have the dish remade. The restaurant answered and offered to remake it but divery wouldn't be available. He also argued with me that "we don't make green curry" while it is very obviously listed on their website. See photo. I'm letting this misstep go but I won't be ordering again. This is a cute little Asian fusion spot, and it really impressed me. The food was flavorful and delicious, with generous portion sizes that make it well worth the visit. We just moved from Houston and we're trying to find a good restaurant that sells spring rolls and pho. This place is it. The spring rolls are super sized, meat is flavorful and they set the stage for the tasty Pho. We also had the dumplings and a couple of egg rolls. Everything was top notch. It's a small dining experience but seats well and the focus is definitely on service and flavor. Can't wait to try more options. Very tight seating situation...claustrophobes be warned. It's a fusion menu so it's not strictly traditional chinese or japanese or whatever. Wife ordered teryaki chicken and I ordered beef lo mein. Her dish was savory and what we expected (yes, I tried it.) My beef lo mein was NOT what I was expecting from past experiences and I'm guessing it's from the fusion aspect of this venue. There was a lingering aftertaste I can only attribute to the vietnamese influence on the menu. What the spice was I don't know...but the last time I remember wishing it wasn't in my mouth was at a vietnamese joint. Prices were a little proud for my impression of the food. Although it's small, it is always busy, which I'm so glad for because that means they'll be here forever. I eat here a lot! And when I get it to go is when they usually mess up my order. When I eat there, the service is really good. I have no complaints. The waitresses are attentive and always check on you which is always a good plus I usually get the Singapore Street noodles And those are really good. Placed an order for orders of two shrimp springrolls and two plates of hunan chicken n shrimp in white sauce. I confirmed my order like 3 times with the girl on the phone. Please bag separately. They give me a time and I show up to wait n wait n wait. I pay for the order and wait, finally asked about it. Ok so they are a little busy . They bring it out. Two big bags I assume all is there. I get my order and leave , get home and there is only one meal not two. Open the meal and no shrimp...unbelievable pure chicken,. I call up there and the girl says we have you down for 1 plate and no shrimp. Wait What!! Unreal ,no apologies other than there was a miscommunication. Really? I repeated it 3 times.. Spent $54.00 for 1 plate chicken and 2 orders of spring rolls. Horrible customer service, expensive too While the chicken was good our other party didn't have a meal! Food here was okay. Appetizers were the best part, we got spicy garlic edamame and fresh spring rolls. For the main entree got the Thai chicken basil. Chicken was rubbery and portions were big. Flavor was okay, but felt missing some key spices to help enhance the flavor. I would recommend condensing menu down, can be overwhelming. One of my very favorite places in all of South Texas. The Pho is absolutely perfect. My husband had the combination fried rice that could have easily served 4 people. Their honey chili chicken is a favorite of mine, comes out hot and unbelievably crispy each time. The place is quite small and does get busy, so it can be a little warm in there at times. The food here was good, but unfortunately the hospitality completely ruined the experience. Our server did not seem to know what she was doing and was very inconsiderate. She made multiple mistakes with our order and then essentially told us to deal with it and still pay for the incorrect items. There was no accountability or attempt to fix the issue, which was extremely frustrating. Good food isn't enough to make up for poor service and lack of professionalism. My boyfriend and I ordered to-go from this place last year during peak COVID. I believe we ordered the curry and the bibimbap. We were underwhelmed with the flavors of our dishes and never went back until a few weeks ago. We decided to give it another try since the reviews seemed promising. Big mistake. Beef spring rolls: (4/5) they are massive which justifies the price. The beef was tasty and the veggies were fresh. I also enjoyed the added crunch. The peanut sauce was yummy. Drunken noodles: (1/5) the main take away from this dish is it severely lacked the delicious UMAMI flavor Asian inspired dishes typically have. It was very strange and hard to describe but it completely lacked depth of flavor and it didn't taste "asian". Didn't enjoy this one at all. Thai chili basil with beef and shrimp: (1/5) the same thing with this dish. It was sorely lacking in depth of flavor. Didn't have umami taste. The only thing I tasted was lots of salt. It was not appetizing. The service was good and the ambiance of this place is nice but sadly, the food did not live up to the hype. We were completely thrown off by our dishes and will not be returning for a 3rd try. :( read more

This was my first time here and the flavor was really good but the Chinese sausage was really over cooked almost burnt! And there was also suppose to be chicken and shrimp but there was only two shrimps in the entire dish. But I really enjoyed the flavor of this fried rice.. this one was called the Yangzhou Fried rice. I would definitely eat there again though because the flavor of the rice was really good. read more

I heard about this place for a while. I stopped at the car wash on Saratoga and decided have lunch by myself while the car was getting washed. It's a little small hole-in-the- wall type restaurant but very neat and clean. My waitress was an Asian girl named Alice, she was nice and sweet. She bought me a coke before I knew that they had beer. I told her I wanted beer and she let me keep the diet Pepsi anyway. Got the Sapporo for the first time, it was delicious. I ordered the wok combo, beef, chicken, shrimp and white rice. You also get a small bowl of egg drop soup, all for $18 on the lunch menu. The stir-fry was really flavorful and cooked well. The stir-fry portion size was adequate even big however, in my opinion the rice was too small. I had finished the rice with only half of the stir-fry. Next time I'm getting extra rice. Bought the leftovers home and gave it to the wife. Over all it's a good place for Asian food but the portions are bigger and cheaper at Nina Raman. Tried this place for the first time at 1:30 on June 16, 2025. We avoided the lunch hour, but still this small restaurant was packed. Every table was taken and now I know why. I love Asian food of all types so am always anxious to try new places. I'm usually disappointed, but not this time. Food and service were exceptional. I would have to say the red seafood curry was one the best I have ever had - certainly the best in Corpus Christi. The black pepper beef spring rolls were huge, like burrito size, and very well seasoned. They are not afraid of using spice here - my kind of place. Came here maybe 2yrs ago while my wife and I was on vacation. Tried this spot at random and so happy we did. I had got 2 different flavors of wings, I believe the thai basil peanut and the chili rock flavors. Both were bomb but the chili rock was my favorite. I also got Lo mein which im picky bout but it was real good like how it used to be back in fhe day real flavorful not dry but not to greasy either. We returned this past weekend to find everything just as good as it was a couple years ago. Im not from texas but have lived in Houston for the past decade and this is still my favorite asian food ive had in all of texas. This place was on my bookmarks for a year and I finally got a chance to try it out! I loved the interior and the little decors that made the restaurant unique. There were so many items on the menu and I wish there were some pictures of the items to make it easier to choose!! We got the pho & jjampong which were SO GOOD! Phenomenal General Tso's chicken and hunan chicken. Best soup ever! Tom Yum soup was unmatched. Really everything we had was delicious with great flavors and well enjoyed. Tried Lei Kitchen based on a friend's recommendation. Now we're going to be GOOD friends because this place is GREAT! Great food, great service, great prices. We got there in prime time for the dinner hour. There are probably about a couple dozen tables inside so be forewarned. There were still a few available, but I could see where they could fill up quick. The menu is pretty diverse - covering many regions of Asia, along with some "fusion" choices. There are also the standard, Chinese American food options; General this, Orange that, Sesame this.... But, I go for outside-the-box and they've got it. I ordered the Spicy Thai Udon Noodles with chicken. The plate came loaded with good chunks of celery, onion, bok choy, carrot and very moist, tender chicken. And underneath was fresh, tender udon noodles. All in a spicy garlic sauce. Outfreakinstanding!! My wife ordered the Bun Thit Ga (Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad with grilled chicken). It came with an excellent helping of chicken and avocado on the salad. Bonus! You normally don't see avocado on there. It works well! The nuoc cham sauce that comes with it is quite tasty as well.
