But I went today and the decor reminded me of being a kid. But that's where the similarities ended. Food isn't ready on time, employees don't care even a little. one went from mopping to tossing my fries with no glove change or hand washing in between. This Wingstop is terrible when it comes to service and how orders are handled. Our food is always late by a good 15 minutes but beyond that twice now when we place on line orders and have our confirmation numbers they don't have them in their system and have to wait 30 minutes on top of the 25 the original order said. But last night the girl told my husband instead of not getting the order (he showed her the confirmation order) that were waiting on fries. He waited 30 minutes more for fries. He knew she lied as it was written all over her face. Never once did she apologize or offer a drink due to the mistake. He never even acknowledged him while he was waiting. He said she was so rude! This was our last straw with this one! From now on we will go to the Wingstop on Matlock. It's out of the way but their service is wonderful! read more
