We had a great first experience at Four Sisters. Our server was extremely nice and knowledgeable. After we ordered relatively simple dishes (fried rice and stir fried noodles) the chef brought out 3 types of wings to try and we're so glad he did! They're obviously known for their wings. They were extremely crispy and the seasonings were all unique and delicious. The space is small but clean. As mentioned, the dishes we ordered were not overly adventurous but were executed well. This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back. I've seen mixed reviews and I know that everyone's experience is not the same, but we had a fantastic dinner. The owner/chef was the person who actually waited on us in the beginning of our meal. We mentioned that we tried coming on a previous Saturday and they were closed. He mentioned that it was because they do weeding catering and he's the only chef. I completely understand in this economic environment the need to pay the bills by any means necessary. I hope more people will give them a try, because I'd much rather support a locally owned business. read more

I tried the tofu, fruit loop wings, and the OG wings. I will say that the concept was good, but the flavor is like they add a lot of chicken bullion that the wings taste like publix fried chicken with a sauce on it(but super salty). Even the tofu was fried in the same batter. The only differentiation was the texture of the tofu vs the wing. The fruit loop wings are more hype than actual flavor magic. Over all, super salty, bland flavor sauces, but they did have friendly staff. read more

A friend and I went to this establishment a few days ago. The food was amazing and definitely excited my palate, we were treated with kindness and even got to meet the chef. The next day my friend and I were talking about going back already. The portions are shareable and even though the food was not expensive the flavor was rich!!! We went on a Saturday night and was pretty empty, but decided to give it a try. We started with the pork belly bao, orange wings, and dumplings. All our starters was brought out quickly and our favorite was the wings. The Bao pork was a little dry but the logo was a nice touch. We were filling up quickly so decided to split the Shaken beef plate with fried rice. I was disappointed the extra $2 for fried rice came plain with no veggies or meat with the rice, but the meat was cooked to perfection and the lime pepper sauce was perfectly paired. Maybe it's an off night but the food I ordered was almost inedible. We ordered the garlic noodles, fried chicken wings and fried summer rolls. The summer rolls filling was mushy and unrecognizable....truly not sure what it was. But what was worse, the garlic noodles and fried chicken were so salty I couldn't eat much of it. This is such a good little spot for some good Pho and Vietnamese food. The owner Tuan is very friendly and I love that his passion for the food is evident in his involvement in the kitchen. They didn't have any sweet n low for my tea, but they offered an organic honey syrup instead and it was delicious. There are only about 8-9 tables, but it is decorated well and we were jamming to 80's tunes during our meal, which was awesome! Great people and great food! read more

Small restaurant with great food, they did not disappoint. We started off with Pork Wonton with chili Thai sauce and PB&J wings, sampled the original wings as well. Then we tried the Beef Deluxe Pho that had all the meats (meatball was the most flavorful), and he told us about new item on menu called the Garlic Noodles with Tiger Shrimp, so we decided to try that out. That was amazing! The noodles were seasoned to perfection. The pho was also good without any meat! This was a great place, chef Taun was very nice and down to earth. We ate here on a Friday around lunch time. They weren't that busy but they did seem to get a few more customers throughout our time there. Serving sizes are hit or miss on what might seem small or generous. Example, the beef pho (deluxe) was huge but the chili wontons were pretty small. Another thing to take note of is dishes are served in what can be family style or seem more like an individual entrée. Taste wise, either too salty or bland. Beef Pho (Deluxe) - large portion, my dad seemed to like it, he said it taste just about the same as any other restaurant. Grilled Pork Chop with Rice - this was appropriate for an individual entrée, which is what my mom got. She added spoonfuls of my dad's pho broth for more flavor. Fried Rice - salty, good to share with a group. Chili Wontons - needed more flavor, this wasn't on the appetizers part of the menu & it seemed pretty small as an entrée. Pork Rice Rolls - this was big, more like a family style serving. This was bland & the chili oil they had available helped, however they rolls kept falling apart. Restaurant seemed clean. Staff was nice, they checked in a few times, & the wait for food wasn't long at all. I don't think it was bad, but maybe not a place I'd frequent often & would probably not get a repeat of what I ordered. Try something new there to give another chance. Let's see... this place is really between 3 & 4 stars. Staff were nice, dining area was cute, however about 1/3 of the items on one-page, simple menu were not available. The stir fried "egg noodles" were actually peanut-flavored flat noodles (non-foodies may not know the difference), kinda lacking other flavors. The fried rice with extra beef, beef pho with extra eye round, grilled pork vermicelli noodles, dumpling appetizer, & pork belly bao buns were delicious. Portions are on small side, maybe just enough for 1 person's meal. Now, the wait time... the 3 of us got our food in less than 15 minutes, one by one. However, the 2 dishes of stir-fry "egg noodles" flat noodles & beef fried rice came 20 MINUTES after ours!! When we got our check, we noticed 3.95% "SERVICE FEE" for credit card use, which was not explained to us or noted anywhere on the menu. Conclusion, the dishes that were good were worth to go back for, but they need to inform customers when they don't have the correct noodles for a dish & that cash is the preferred method of payment. Also, it maybe better to have an erasable board for menu if they can't fulfill the entire simple, one-page menu. They crossed out different items on different menus, & likely didn't hv time to uniformly update them before opening. read more

I used to live in a small city, they had one pho place. I thought that was the best pho place I've ever had in my life, now that I've tried four sisters, it feels just like home. My waitress was funny and delightful! She reminded me of myself at her age, not only that but the food itself, god I am DEFINITELY coming again and recommending more people. I wish nothing but the best for these people, and I was so sad to leave such a beautiful experience. Can't wait to try it again. read more

First time at Four Sisters for dinner on a Friday night. We went early as I was hungry and we didn't know how busy they would be. We were greeted with a smile and told we could sit wherever we wanted. It is a small place, very nice atmosphere, several booths and a few tables. They have a small menu, but what we had showed they focus on making great food. We ordered the cabbage salad and the Dungeness crab over crab fried rice to split between us. The salad was very fresh with a light dressing...very good. We really liked it. What can I say...the crab was AWESOME! They disassembled it, making it easier to get the meat. The crab fried rice was DELICIOUS! It had crunchy onions, green onions, and red onions...seems like a lot of onions, but it has the perfect amount. We will be back to try other dishes. read more

Probably some of the best wings and pho I've ever had in my life. The fire loop wings sauce was absolutely incredible. They had such an amazing crisp to them, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The pho was phenomenal, the broth was rich and you could taste how fresh everything was. I ended up adding some of the sauces they had on hand, but truthfully it didn't even need them. Also got a Thai tea and it had the perfect sweetness level to end off the meal! The owners were the sweetest, you could tell they put their all into it and that the restaurant meant so much to them. The decor was super charming, everything just felt very cozy. I never write reviews for places but I needed to for them after my visit. 100% would go back, and would absolutely recommend! read more

I went with a friend on a random weekday, the place was super empty. But when I tell you how great the food, service, and employees were hopefully it can be less empty. I got some tasty wontons and quite literally the biggest bowl of Pho I've ever had for like 20$, in this economy, I can appreciate I restaurant who doesn't overprice their items! The food was very fresh, our wait staff was helpful and friendly, and the place was very clean! On top of that my friend has celiac and Four Sisters, went above and beyond to make sure she was cared for! So all my gluten free girlies this place is for you! Came in here with my family for lunch -- it was our first time and was super excited to try the place out. Overall ambience of the restaurant was very nice and clean. The service was great. She greeted us upon our arrival and was very accommodating. Food I would give around a 1/10, half of their menu is crossed out and can't be provided, they were also out of a lot of things including brisket they put in their pho and their shaken beef plate -- our server then told us we don't want to rush you guys but we will be closing after you guys leave to go grocery shopping for all the stuff we're out of and low today. Their soda was also very flat as well. Their limes were old and brown, and they gave us the tiny ends of bean sprouts and when we asked them for more they said they're out of that too. Overall, they didn't have anything and it wasn't a good food experience. I spent around $50 and they also did a card service charge (which is 3.7%) if you used your card, which is unheard of. I don't think I'll be coming back if I'm being honest. read more

This my husband's and my first time to try Vietnamese food and I'm so glad our first experience was here. The chef/owner was so welcoming and helpful. We had the beef brisket pho and it was wonderful!! Hot, brisket was super tender and THAT BROTH!!! Would definitely order again. Husband had stir-fried egg noodles with beef. That dish is definitely something to return for. The flavor bursts in you mouth. The beef is tender, veggies have great texture. The noodles are to die for. It was cute inside but I was only picking up an order my aunt placed for us. Some shrimp garlic noodles, fried summer rolls & fried wings in some type of sauce. First off, the rolls were maybe an inch in a half in size, surely enough for only one person. The dipping sauce was trash. 2nd, S-A-L-T... no, it wasn't bland, it tasted like they battered the wings in an entire bottle of salt & then marinated the garlic noodles in half a bottle of salt, I'm talking Morton's table salt. Yes THAT SALTY. It looked like it was gonna be good but I couldn't get through it. Literally, tasted like we were eating fried salt in the shape of chicken wings & salt-covered noodles. The summer rolls were ok but if we didn't have our own sweet & sour those would've gotten a thumbs down too. Oh & get this, it was OVER $40. If the food was decent it would've fed 1.5 ppl but since neither of us could finish our plates, it didn't even feed a table of one. #TRASH This review is only for what we ordered. How are they out of most things on the menu? This restaurant didn't come across an as a place where once they sell out of things, they close. They need better management on inventory - it's a shame they're losing business because of missing ingredients. I mean they were missing stuff like shrimp to make a dish. We left without ordering anything, flabbergasted. Plenty of other good viet options around the area, not sure how they'll stay afloat for long. Mini shrimp spring rolls were great buuuut the crab rice was TERRIBLE! The rice seasoning was bad like maybe it was cooked in bad water and the crab smelled like it had been sitting out. If you aren't eating here you aren't living. The food is incredibly fresh, authentic and delicious. Everything is handcrafted by one chef and is so incredibly well made. Many of the items are innovative -- you might not expect PB&J wings to be good, but they are incredible! The chef is super nice and obviously cares about his restaurant and patrons.
