Sux...wish I had fewer stars. Long waits. Over Cooked Wings. Soggy Fries and long wait times. In all fairness all WingStops suck!

Received an incorrect order. When I called about the issue they wanted me to drive back to the location to receive a refund. Because I didn't want to drive to the store they offered me only 10%. Makes no sense to inconvenience a customer, and continue to inconvenience them when they call about the issue. Cashier, Natasha, and manager, John have ZERO customer service skills. According to previous reviews I am not the only one that thinks so. This place needs better management. read more

Food is okay. But the wait time is ridiculous. I can't understand how it takes so long to put out wings. I ordered online and it said 45 minutes. Wait times are most always long, and I've had the promised time met in the past. But this most recent visit was HORRIBLE and ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! I was given a 55min wait time (it was ok because I didn't need them right away & experience has taught me to order sooner than later at this location. ) I came 2hrs later & the 12 wings I ordered WERE NOT READY!!!!!! My husband had to wait an additional 45mins! The employees are kids running around like crazy & leadership (another teen) was M.I.A! I called & demanded a refund, which I received, but the entire experience was enough of a cluster for me pull the plug! I'm done! Good luck with this one! The service here is just plain bad. I don't know where the manager or franchise owner is as it is always being run by a group of kids. And clearly not enough of them! They got my order wrong and several others. One lady called her order in and still waited an hour. And to top it all off...they have changed their wing provider. They are now selling steroid chicken just likw some of the others. A wing drumette should not be the size of a full chicken leg!! read more

Ordered fries at 5:50pm and went to pick them up after 7:00pm because I was running late. And they STILL weren't done. My order was literally just a regular fry and I waited till 7:10pm for that order to still not be finished. I walked in and around 8 people were waiting for their food. This is a constant issue with this location I don't understand it. If there is always gonna be a long wait please update the website to show the correct wait times! It makes no sense I have to wait over an hour and half for one single order of fries. I ended up walking out because why waste time. Horrible, tried to escalate issues to the manager who was just as rude as the staff. All we did was ask for our money back on an order that was 30 min late and no sign of it being ready anytime soon. This Wingstop is terrible. I called an order in 6 hours ahead of time. I then called back within an hour and they said it would be ready at my requested time. The order wasn't ready and then when I got got home. The order was wrong. I called back and talked to Jasmin and she said sorry we ca give you 20% off your next order. How does that help me now when i am having people over. I asked foe the manger or owner and she said she could not give out that information. She gave me the corporate number. This is my favorite wingstop and the only one I go to! Normally all the employees are pleasant but there's a new one named Jazmin that's very rude! She never gives me my drink before my order is ready like everyone else does and always just walks off. She doesn't greet me or even know if my order is ever paid or not, even though the receipt is always hanging with a huge NOT PAID print on it. Very un-attentive. Ordered online for the 40 wing party pack, got to the location it specified and it's no longer there. I had to call them to find the new location. A woman answers and says she has my order ready and is bagging it as we speak so it's hot and ready for us, once there I sent my son inside to pick up the order since I am disabled and it's harder for me to get in and out myself. They tell him to check the order to make sure it's all there after they all went back and forth about how to mispronounce my name which to me is the first red flag because it should all be there, especially if you just specifically told me you packaged it yourself. So my son and I unpack EVERYTHING from the bag to find that the 2 sides of carrots were missing. Glad I double checked, sent my son inside to grab them and they gave him 1 side. At this point I'm confused because I know online the order form said 2 sides of vegetables so I try to call the store to clear up any confusion and get it clarified so we can enjoy our food while it's still hot. I called the 1st time and was placed on hold, I waited and waited until it sent me to a voicemail box. I hung up and tried to call back and it went straight to the voicemail box. At this point I'm frustrated, my child is embarrassed, I just want what I've paid for, my food is getting cold, so I try to call ONE MORE TIME. This time someone answers and I ask to speak with the manager. Whoever answered the phone stated "I am the manager but I am about to leave but what's up" quote on quote. How unprofessional, I am a former food service manager for over 14 years and the way she handled the situation was not only disgusting but embarrassing for your company. I told her what was missing and told her I had been calling as well and I was disabled otherwise I would have just came inside myself, she then asked me "ARE YOU SURE BECAUSE I'VE BEEN UP FRONT THE WHOLE TIME". So not only are you making it seem that I'm lying about calling but you're insulting my intelligence at the same time. At this point my son went BACK INSIDE to get the second order of carrots, not so much of an apology was even given to him as they handed it to him, just stares! We get home, are chicken is DRY!!!!! MY ONE ORDER OF BONELESS WINGS..........ARE CLASSIC!!!!!! The whole order was not up to par! I ordered wings from here last week and was shocked at how rude the person on the phone was. (No, I'm not a Karen. This was over the top) The man who answered asked what I wanted - no good evening how can I help you. When I asked for 'dry rub' buffalo wings he said very sarcastically "I don't even know what that is but...okay." I told him I'd have to call back with a substitute order because that is what my boyfriend requested. He hung up in my face. No goodbye or anything. When I called back a few minutes later, I finished the order and asked if he could give me a total. He said, again with much sarcasm dripping, "I was just about to give it to you." I thought about asking for the manager, but as I suspected, this guy WAS the manager! I read other reviews before posting because I didn't want to be THAT person. This establishment is horrible. When we ordered wings for Super Bowl Sunday, the order was completely wrong. No, problem. That is a busy day and things happen. Tonight I called and ordered a 15 count Lemon Pepper order. Once my wife got home, she realized that we were given a 10 piece Parmesan/BBQ. CHARGED FOR A 15 PIECE! When my wife called she to complain the manager stated that she needed to bring the wings back with the credit card that was charged! It takes us 30 minutes to get to this location. Received incorrect order after waiting 15 mins past the time they said it would be ready, and they wanted me to drive the order back to the store to bring it back and pick up my correct order. The manager offered nothing for my inconvenience and would not release the correct order until I lugged several bags of food back into the store, with no assistance from them. Manager didn't even offer an apology. My correct order was cold by the time I got home. Zero customer service. Manager also allowed a Door Dah driver to verbally attack me by telling what a lazy person I was.... not a sorry we were in the wrong or anything. Will never step foot in this location again. I was excited to try this location as its convenient for the drive home from work. Called in my order went to pick it up. There was no seasoning on the fries, the rolls tasted like they were 3 days old and i didnt get my extra ranch. So there was 1 ranch for 16 wings that i ordered for my family. I also ordered 4 brownies...Called up to the store about the complete mess up with my order and they said the guys were too lazy to give me brownies and they werent out, the rest of the issues would be resolved by writing my name in some book to get free food next time or something. I dont like to give bad reviews but this was just ridiculous and I do not recommend eating here. This place wont last across from the hospital district if they keep screwing up like this. read more

The fries are as good as the other locations I have been to. The wings never disappoint. Glad to have them in the area, especially like the late hours. It is great when I am looking for something quick and easy after 10. The staff did not show great energy, but it could just be the one time. That is all that kept this from being 5 stars.
