Wings and fries were cold after I picked up from manteca wingstop. So I called the store back in order to let them know I would be taking them back. I was told they didn't have a manager working and that I couldn't get my refund. I was totally disappointed. Not only did my order come out like garbage everything thrown all over the place and cold. But no refund...I was so angry. I went to the store dropped off my disgusting order and told I wouldn't get a refund because the worker needed a code on the manager had and she wasn't working. Horrible. Not just the location, the company. Drove 20 minutes to pickup my online order, only to be welcomed with, "sorry, our internet has been down, we havent received orders all day." Then she tells me I have to go online to cancel my order since I did not want to wait 20 minutes for them to cook my family meal. I go online, and a company this size has NO way to cancel the order online. Does the employee not know this? So then I call corporate, who pretty much cannot see the order in her system. So it takes her 10 minutes to get all my info; name, email, address, phone number, order number, location info, how I placed the order (online, app, phone), how I paid for the order. So after all this, she tells me she will submit the "request for refund." Lets see how long this company takes to send me my $40 refund, will update review. They have one of those neat Coca-Cola machines which as 200 something flavors. The variety of wing flavors are OK. The wings could be meatier but it does the trick. So I place an order with Deanna Friday night and when I went to pick it up my order was wrong and I told her what I order and instead of her saying maybe I misunderstood you she told me no you order such and such. Im a frequent customer at wing stop but this was just out of hand.. I did an online order and the time said 52-60 minutes.. when I showed up I stood my the counter and was ignored for about 15 minutes while the workers where talking and laughing with each other. Then when I tried to get there attention I was told my order would take 30 more minutes, I sat down and waited for 35 minutes and went to ask if it was almost ready and was yet again ignored for about 15 more minutes. What got my upset was that a worker there ignored all the other customer including myself and asked some police man whom walked in what the name on the order was so by the time I asked again where my order was they said the fries weren't ready yet. At this moment one hour hour and 35 minutes had passed. I placed my order at 8:35and I didn't end up walking out until 10:30.... The worst dining experience I've ever had. First of all I placed my order and while waiting for my food to cook I had to listen to the cashier hit on two guys that came, listen to her talk about how she is looking for a sperm donor, and has had abortions and used drugs (and this is a shortened censored version of what she was saying). This is a fun little place for a great variety of chicken wings. Choice of either classic bone-in wings or boneless, and choice of flavor, dip and heat. We chose the boneless wings with the 'original hot' which is akin to Buffalo style, with blue cheese dip. Everything is cooked to order, so it takes a little bit of time to get the food. The napkins (which are needed with wings) is a roll of paper towels by the drink machine. There are no trash cans, so trays are left of the tables. The dining area is small, so we had to wait a while for someone to clean the table. read more

I asked what is the smallest individual boneless wings I can get. She proceeded to tell me the smallest is 10 so I said I want that. We finished my order, when I went for pick up I wasn't greeted, just looked at until finally a nice lookin white guy..tattoos let me know someone will be right over. I ordered online via their website & tried to pay online so my sibling could just pick it up without hassle, but they dont have an option to input my card number & pay. I sent my sibling with my card to finish the transaction along with the confirmation number, but he was denied because its "not his card" i then had to go into the store & pay - it was 45mins later. The pickup was at 1008, i got there and sorted it out by 1050. The wings are "warm" ei its been sitting under a heat lamp. We got it home, it looked and tasted like leftovers. Im extremely disappointed - they didnt even bother offering to recook the product. I will never order at this location ever again. If you have an option on your order form to pay online, you should actually provide that service. We have picked up from here twice since they opened. First time - My husband ordered ahead and got there to pick up. He said the girls were very rude. I have to say the wings were very good and hot even after the car trip home. The fries however were disgusting. Cold and soggy like they sat for several hours. I was really craving some good wings so what better place to go to than a business called Wingstop. Oh Goodness! They were horrible. They had kind of a fish smell which tells me the fry oil is old. I ordered the mild flavor, they tasted plain. They literally had NO flavor (besides the hint of the fish smell / taste). I wish I had not got take out I would have just asked for my money back. Had no idea what to expect when I first went there. Got a meal with teriyaki and Louisiana rub boneless wings, fries and a drink. The soda machine is off the hook! They have flavors for just about every soda -including my fave cherry vanilla coke. I also tried the bread rolls (yum!) and coleslaw (the best in town!). I've always loved Wing Stop, and will always get excited when I find a location nearby. Even though the short menu options are pricey, I find that, for the most part, it's worth the cost. However, I feel that a few issues about this specific location should and need be addressed: 1) MSG! This is a highly controversial food flavor enhancer that many Asian and other restaurants choose to have added to enhance the flavor of their foods. Wing Stop has pretty good French fries, but I don't recall them having a slightly sweet taste to them. With two people in my family HIGHLY allergic to this additive (myself included), I immediately went to the counter to inquire about it. I wasn't posted in the menu (print or menu display), no signs anywhere, and the staff had no idea!!! Which such a high risk of affecting a customer's health, you'd think that the staff would at the VERY least known if MSG were used! In fact, the girl behind the register didn't even know what MSG was! After waiting for her to call her supervisor (I assume that's who she contacting), she came to our table and confirmed that no MSG was in the food, then TOLD me to visit the website to review any other nutrition information. As I sat looking at my nearly cold fries and wings (that's how long it took to get an answer!). I was baffled at how uneducated they were on this. I am highly allergic, as is my boyfriend. If either of us has ingested MSG, they would be hearing from my attorney for not posting any signs, or mentioning it in their menus (both in print and display)! Either way, it would be in THEIR best interest to have an updated knowledge on the food they are selling and serving. Most places have a sign posted at the register that reads something to the affect of: "MSG Free!", yet I was "told" to go to the Wing Stop website for additional nutrition information! How about better management/leadership skills?? None of the employees seemed to care. They would have if I'd had a serious allergic reaction and they faced a lawsuit as a result! Ahhhh, the lovely famous selection of various flavors and spice content. I once had a friend that was 'made' to sign a waiver after ordering the "atomic wings", which is the most spicy, I believe. Anyway, he ordered the one that was the most spicy and wasn't able to tolerate it. For a full-blooded Filipino man, that speaks volumes! The wings were comparable to the color of perhaps the orange chicken from the local Chinese restaurant. It SMELLED spicy even! This time (keep in mind that I'd lived in an area for a few years with no Wing Stop-so no lemon pepper chicken for me), my boyfriend ordered the atomic. They wre available boneless, but the color wasn't the same, and they definitely didn't smell hot either. I found that interesting. He finished a six piece boneless meal, without breaking even a sweat. They were not that spicy. They were hot, but no flavor. Upon looking at the spices closer, it appeared as though red pepper flakes were used. Red paper flakes..., sound familiar? Well, I'll just tell ya they looked like the same red pepper flakes offered in packets when you order a pizza. Those pepper flakes come with the packets of Parmesan cheese. We were definitely not impressed!! I still love my lemon pepper chicken wings, but prefer the original, not the boneless option. I'd prefer that the french fries were less sweet and Taste like.....well, french fries. For the price, however I feel that more effort should be out into the quality of the food. Furthermore (perhaps of mainly this location), management should have incorporated a full knowledge of crucial ingredients that could be fatal to some of its customers. SO...THE FOOD IS MSG FREE, If anyone needs/wants to know. It seems they expect the customers to know what's in the food instead of those that actually prepare it.
