So far so good. My husband and I visited this location mid- week evening and sat at the bar. This location was clean and spacious. Tables were cleared off, seats were pushed in and floors were clean. It was not crowded and had plenty of seating from high tops, bar and booths. I order the 10- piece spicy garlic Wings and lemon pepper with french fries with a blue moon. The food came out fast, fresh and hot . Very sauced . Our bartender was nice and personable. There are a handful of flavors to choose from but my goto is lemon pepper and ranch. Both were very good in terms of flavor and tenderness. We're fans of boneless wings, and have tried a number of their flavors. Our current favorite flavor is the ancho honey glaze. It's the perfect combo of sweet and spicy. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the quality of the wings is a hit or miss. There are days they are tender and juicy, and days when they are tough and dry (clearly not fresh). The lack of consistency is making me reconsider my business here as our most recent order (two days ago) was definitely not fresh. We ordered individual combo and then they said they have no ice. We all have ice from our cooler so we used it to get fountain drinks but the fountain drinks were all flat and no carbonation so we tried to switch and get the sweet tea but it was all just pale taste of tea and a hint of sweetness... it's like a semi sweet colored water. So they offered water. We waited for 30 minutes for our orders and while we were eating the fries- we ate less than a quarter of fries, we were surprised because the rest of the fries were almost 1 cm long and longest would be 3 cm. We all showed to the people and asked if they can make us regular sized French fries and they said "No.. we cannot make you anymore because you ate it already. We said, you buried it under good sized fries. If we saw it on top, we wouldn't even touch it. It should have been called Julienned fries. We were thinking it was under new management because the crew were extremely rude. They said, if you want another fries, you have to pay for it. We haven't even eaten a quarter of what we got and they want us to pay to make it right. Bad, bad experience for sure and none of them even made efforts to make up for the shortcomings and i unavailability of the products. My bro on the other hand liked it. I liked garlic as it wasn't hot or spicy and tasted great with dipping sauce. Wingstop is my jam. I used to go to Wingstop a lot back in San Antonio in between classes, multiple times a week and even on consecutive days. That's just how much I loved this place! I remember during my freshman year in college a friend and I would always have a difficult time picking where to eat after class and this became the default, but there were never any complaints on either front. In fact a lot of great college memories are rooted in Wingstop. So, not only do I have some good memories associated with this place, the wings here also just so happen to be my favorite. I always get their lemon pepper and mild wings with a side of their fries. I swear they put crack in their lemon pepper seasoning or something because those wings are super addicting! On the occasion I would get Wingstop to go and bring it back to my apartment and one of my roommates literally could smell it from the parking lot. I'm not even kidding, lol. As soon as I'd walk through the door, I would always be greeted by my roommate and her eager stomach asking me, "What ya got there?" even though I knew she already knew. The lemon pepper is so good that she would literally lick the paper liner for any leftover seasoning. I mean not that I don't blame her or anything. It's completely normal, absolutely nothing wrong about being borderline insane passionate about the food you eat. We're all Yelpers here, we get it....
