And it is becoming all too common for the staff to snap and yell about how busy they are (in an empty restaurant) when a customer dares to ask, "about how much longer?" They just yelled at me for this after I'd been there for 15 minutes, and at another in-store customer who was already waiting when I arrived. There are plenty of good chicken places in town with excellent service. I recommend you try one of those! (And if you DoorDash from here, don't worry. I won't be the one delivering this store any more.)

Here on business from out of town. She then gave the phone to her manager Jose and he was very informative and helpful. I am leaving a positive review only because of his professionalism and willingness to at least clarify what I was paying for since the young lady I spoke to originally seemed completely unwiling/unable to do anything of the sort. She was very vocal when handing the phone to her manager that the problem was that I was "asking all kinds of questions." Thank you Jose, for allowing me to order a pizza and know how much it was going to cost and why rather than being angry at the customer when the $20 "special" was suddenly $45 and the customer simply requested clarification. I'm not being a cheapskate- I'm here on business and don't require that much food nor do I want to waste it. It's just common sense. I'm sure that the young lady who answered is young/tired/bored/busy/cranky/overworked/underpaid/(insert your own adjective here). So are a lot of people in this country. So here's some free and unsolicited advice for the young lady on the phone first: if you don't want to have to tell customers what they're paying for and why, then perhaps change careers. If you don't like your job, then go get a new one. You have the option. If you continue to talk to customers the way you talked to me, you'll simply be fired eventually anyway. Sorry for leaving you a bad review (truly), but you can't talk to people that way because you don't want to make the effort in explaining what someone is paying for when, quite frankly, that's what YOU'RE being paid for. Keep it up and you'll end up doing DoorDash and will basically become unemployable.
