The service is terrible, I was waited on by 3 people. Each one was rude for absolutely no reason. They don't have regular bone in hot wings on the menu like every other chicken express in east Texas, so I order the "hot bites" That no that is not available. Then charged extra for ranch, after eating at chicken express for probably 50 times at different locations have never been charged for ranch. I will never be eating this location again. 10252025 @1445- ordered number four with tea. I received my order and did not notice any leaking from the bottom of the Styrofoam container. I Arrived to my garage approximately 10 minutes later and picked up my container of tea without looking. The Styrofoam container obviously had a leak in the bottom because my cup holder was half full. It leaked all over my interior and my expensive trousers even though I quickly was able to walk to the trash bin and toss it in. I have WeatherTech in my GMC and will remove them to get the sticky tea cleaned off. I'll send you the bill for my cleaning my trousers. I'm done with Mount Pleasant location. read more

I arrived at the place from Pittsburg in 15 minutes and went through the drive through window and the cashier took my card to pay the $73.89 dollar order and I asked since my order wAs so large if I could have 1 gallon of sweet tea! He asked the manager and She SAID No I didn't order the 25 chicken tenders so I don't get one ! I still hadn't received my order after 10 more minutes and went inside!
