The food is very very good the ranch and the fries have very good flavor.the workers are nice and the service is awesome.they do take a long time but other then tha I still rate it a 5/5 because it's worth the wait and the chicken sandwich's and wings and fries, ranch have a good flavor. Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan, & Hickory BBQ were the flavors we got, and LET ME TELL YOU.. Those were the most perfectly cooked/ evenly flavored/ didn't have all that excess sauce & oil on the bottom of the tray. They were perfectly crispy and everything. I had to update my review and knock a star off. A while back ago I ordered 30 wings online and put that I wanted Garlic Parm. When I got home it was all lemon pepper. I thought i put it wrong online but my receipt said garlic parm. We were so hungry I didnt really care to bring them back, but a little part of me died that night. I'm a wing type of guy but let me tell you about this particular location in national city, it is HORRIBLE... 1) the fountain drinks are always flat, watered down & never have the drinks I want.. 2) the fries are cold like they fried them in cold cooking oil 3) the wings are just no good, they are dry And over cooked.. 4) not to mention they always forget to give me my veggies 5) they take forever to get ur food out.. every time... This is my 3rd time at this location and they can't seem to get it right.. very disappointed specially spending $85+ every time.. my family and i are always disappointed with the food.. Horrible customer Service. I understand business can get a little hectic. Fast pace. Workers get frustrated. I've worked in the fast food industry before. Although, being skipped, and staying for almost 2 hours. I was given attitude, by a female who wasn't even wearing the company uniform. Given attitude by a guy who cursed at the customers, telling us to be patient. I was told my order was being packed when it hit that one hour mark. After 30 minutes of seeing everyone else get their order, but mine. As a loyal customer I was frustrated. I will never go back there. If you want to get treated less than a customer who waits hours to get their food, go there. If you don't, then I suggest going somewhere else. I hope their management team corrects these mistakes. On top of that, they make you pay extra for only drums and make you wait longer for the well-done wings. We called and explained and the gentleman agreed that he made a mistake. He asked us to return to the store with the wings that we already had in our house. I asked why they wanted wings that have been in someones home with covid going around. They said we need them back to be able to get us the correct order after they messed up. I love wingstop but the service is so bad. Especially the workers. I placed the order on the app earlier in the day for it to be ready at 3pm. I get there a little earlier to get my drink and because I already know they never have it ready on time. they took an extra 13 mins to give it to me from the time it was supposed to be good. I understand me walking in at 11 at night isn't the greatest but they still have an hour before they close. Came here last night for the first time since I was in the mood for some hot wings and I had remembered seeing a sign on their window saying they were open until midnight. I wasn't sure what to expect, since I remembered the location being a Quizno's sandwich shop a while back but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it had been remodeled to look like a relaxing sports bar type of place. There were lots of clean tables, 2-3 TVs, a computerized (what?!) soda fountain, restrooms, and the main ordering area/cashier. The cashier was pretty friendly and I ended up ordering the 10 piece wings (5 lemon pepper, 5 "atomic" - which the cashier cautioned me to try the sauce out first before finalizing my order) a la carte (I already had other sides in my car to bring home). The wait time took about 10-12 mins, which was a bit long, but the wings came out hot and fresh. Took the wings home and it was nice to see they included a side of ranch which I greatly ended up needing due to the "atomic" wings. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and I'd welcome a trip back again. They offer a lot of other flavors to choose from to have your wings in, as well as a couple other sides (and the option to have boneless wings) plus beer. Not sure if they had a "Happy Hour" special, but if so, that'd be pretty great seeing that the setting, TVs focused on sports channels, and beer seem like a perfect match. read more
