We went today for the first time. I am really impressed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Briana. She was super friendly and very helpful. She explained the menu, help me choose since I really didn't know what I wanted exactly. I recently applied for employment with Wingstop Located at 20172 US Highway 59, New Caney, TX 77357 Marisol is the Hiring Manager at this store. She instructed me to follow her emails and text messages regarding the hiring process, I followed her instructions, but I encountered an issue and needed some assistance, so I showed up in person, at the store located at 20172 US Highway 59, New Caney, TX 77357 At the order counter, was a female that had the worst training regarding customer service that will keep the rating stars dropping at a rapid rate. I asked for Marisol, she answered with a puzzled expression on her face like, who the hell are you asking about, her coworker helped her out by whispering something near her face, then she went and came back with the answer, "She is in the bathroom" and looked away. Insta there and waited, she finally showed up and she showed me the login process for the rest of the application I continued the application and hit a snagged couple of videos which I had more questions about it, so I asked for Marisol again, this time an older woman jumped in the conversation I was having with the previously mentioned employee, the old rude woman came across the counter with a very comfrontational attitude, and without hesitation started to speak about an unrelated subject, I told her I needed too speak with Marisol, the hiring manager, I tried to explain to the non English speaking old woman, that Marisol was already assisting me with the process and told me that if I needed more assistance to just send for her. The older woman wearing a Wingstop T-shirt responded in Spanish as follow: " No, No, No, Whatever rambles in another language other than English. She told me that she was the Big Boss and that Marisol was too busy to talk to anyone and that she knew who I was and that I was not finished with the videos and not to comeback till she call me. She said she was Marisol's boss. So, get it done and to not comeback till I receive a callback from them. I asked again to speak to Marisol, she twisted her dirty rag around her hand and again, with a primal look on her face she got even closer to me and told to not even bothered in trying to get Marisol to come to the front because she is the Boss and I have to do as she told me, in a very confrontational manner followed by a fighting body posture. I told her that I already have received an invitation to show up to the store with jeans, safety anti slip sole shoes, black polo and to be ready to speak with my manager regarding my schedule and starting date. She said that she already told me what to do and to just leave and take care of more videos at home. I expressed my thoughts about her treatment and behavior towards me, she said that she was a rude woman, and that was the way she was, and has alwys been, hehehehe, she laughed, as she was disappearing towards the back of the kitchen. I will not be treated as garbage and belittled by a coworker or manager, I will get to the bottom of this issue, and if I find out that this Restaurant "Wingstop" is using my personal information for the hiring of someone else, using my social security number and personal as well as Government Credentials, I assure you, Wingstop, will be investigated real soon by officers and all Government Protecting Agencies, State and Federal. read more

Hot topic, and here I am 3 days in knowing about the new Wingstop chicken sandwiches. I'm scratching my head, where have I been. Started to place a carry out order and I seen sold out for these baddie sandwiches nationwide online. Made calls to three locations not far from me and the same results. Sold Out, gosh! So wait, geographically looking on my google map appeared the New Caney store which was 30 minutes away! So I called to make sure they had these sandwiches. And Yes there is a Food God! Only thing (Hot Honey Rub and Mango Haberno) were sold out. (Most Popular) Rest of the flavors at this location were available though. So I hurrily placed my order, three sandwiches like it was my last day on earth. Garlic Parmesan, Mild, and Spicy Korean Q. My three choices. About five dollars and some change each. Got there, nice store, and was greeted also. Picked up my order. My feeling now was like I'm the Few, the Proud and the Elite to try these before the sell out locally or nationwide again! Garlic Parmesan is my favorite wing of choice, so I attempted this one first for my T-buds! Not bad, but too much butter drowning the bottom bun, but so similar to its wing, only a sandwich! Next in line, Mild, very Utempo taste, but better than a plain chicken. Love this choice out of the three. And last, Spicy K, not bad for my thoughts, better than my Garlic P. But yes, what a experience, hopefully yours is better than mines. From 1 to 5, other chicken sandwich places are better tasting from my experience. But the thought of creating sandwiches with flavors of your wing sauce is very intelligent and will sell. I think being that this is something new, but as times go by, the will perfect there sandwiches to compete with those other spots. So I rate the sandwiches a three stars and not the business...Still others flavors to try and compare, and this is my early assumption based on it being so brand new to everyone. Good fries but super slow. You 20 minutes for just an order of fries. They were fulfilling order for people who arrived after us. Two employees saw us there for 20 minutes knowing we ordered just fries and didn't bother to check on our order for us. Before we left we asked for a cup of water and the lady took us to the register and said she had to charge us. She ended up giving us a water bottle for free after I mentioned the 20 min wait for a basket. read more

The food was good but the fries were soggy and I asked for lemon pepper on the side and they gave me a different sauce than what I asked for. The place offers a free brownie or small fry if you fill out a online review. You would think that a manager when asked if they could switch out a small ranch dressing in place of small fry that is double the price, she would appease the customer that patronizes the place multiple times a month. But not at this Wing Stop. This is a problem when companies don't properly teach their employees correctly. Marisol the young manager will learn with proper training the importance of customer service. I placed order on phone, when I got there no order was done. I showed the lady my phone log and the first thing she said " well it's not my fault ." Never blamed her, but her customer service skills sucks. Don't know her name but she had 2 earrings in her jaws. Working on customer service please. I have never had a problem here! My order is always correct. The place is clean the kids who work here are polite. Good price especially when you get one of the specials. New wingstop opened in New Caney area. Second time visiting this location. Very friendly and courteous staff each time I've visited the location. Food has been fresh and hot each time. Definitely the best wingstop I've been to in a while. Hope they keep up the excellent service. My lunch go to spot. read more
