I show have reviewed the number of stars before going. It was two stars and I could see why. There was a table of four already eating, a table of two already eating , and a table of one eating. We were there 45 minutes and still had not gotten our lunch order of two baskets of wings. I finally got up and told the waiter that we were tired of waiting. He went to the back/kitchen I presume and came out and said it would be out shortly. I said that okay we're leaving. Charge for the tea. The manager came out and did in fact charge me for the tea that was never even refilled. A good manager should have apologized, comped the tea, and perhaps a coupon for a free appetizer so we could come back. This places need to get it together and corporate should take a look see. I waited almost ten minutes to be seated. My server came off as rude and annoyed that we were there, (1.5 hours before closing). I love the option having shrimp and wings, that was great! However, the size of the wings are so small compared to majority of wing places. The music was good and felt like a good atmosphere, but the place dead. This was my first visit to a BreWingz. We were actually in Kingwood specifically to go to BB's and changed our mind at the last minute. We ordered the 30 wings for $20 deal and added ranch and an order of tater tots. We got 15 garlic parmesan, 8 regular non-flavored wings, and 7 regular mild. The wings were pretty good, I wouldn't say that they were any better or worse than anywhere else, but they were good nonetheless. The tots were kinda bland but it is what it is. The service was excellent. I placed my online order for curbside service from the parking lot and immediately checked in. The app said that it'd be about 30 minutes for our order to be ready. They brought it out in about 15 minutes and everything was hot and fresh. I didn't catch the name of the woman that brought our food out but she was extremely nice and pleasant and represented this BreWingZ location very well. Like I said earlier, the wings aren't really better or worse than anywhere else, but the 30 wings for $20 deal and the excellent customer service makes this BreWingZ location stand out for me. I'm usually so generous when people are not treating customers at least competently however this evening I have to say my experience was laughable. I arrived 20 minutes before tipoff of the NBA Eastern Conference finals. I sat at the bar, thinking I would get better service. The bartender came right over and she took my drink and food order. I asked her if she could change one of the TVs right in front of me to TNT so I could watch the NBA game. She did not acknowledge my request. she brought my drink and no TV channel change so I was watching The Astros baseball game on the big screen and some other screens. I asked again to change the TVs right in front of me, at least one of them to the NBA game. Again, no acknowledgment whatsoever. My food arrived and I asked the bartender should I just take this to go since you can't manage to turn on a basketball game for me? Then she finally acknowledged I can't change the channel only the managers can do that. I said, would you go ask them to make the change. Again, no acknowledgment she just turned and walked into the kitchen. Finally a manager came out looked underneath the TV and I asked him I said are you gonna put the basketball game on? He said well then you won't be able to watch hockey. I said nobody here is watching hockey or in a sports bar with all of the screens you could put on baseball hockey and Basketball can't you? He turned around and went back into a side room, and then managed to change all of the televisions, including the big screens to the basketball game. The rest of the patrons erupted in boos as most of them were watching the baseball game. I just started to laugh. I'll shorten miss as much as possible but it took him 30 minutes to get the correct TV to display the basketball game and the rest of the screens to baseball. By this time I had finished my meal and my drink. The waitress just came over and laid my check in front of me without comment. I paid her and I left. I won't be back. If you run a sports bar and you cannot figure out how to have the different televisions displaying different sporting events. Perhaps you are in the wrong business. But this particular I had no choice because most of us were not going to the game on our regular cable boxes so off to the nearest Sports Bar we go! My family and I had so much fun. We all enjoyed the game, food and drinks. This BreWingz has really nice and jumbo size Flat Screens and there's really no bad seat in the house. Our Server was great. She did a great job taking care of us and fixing our order. I think her name is Megan. We ordered the family platter that comes with the small pitcher of Beer. It was a perfect size of the three of us. Food was really good. Especially for it being all fried. I ordered the frozen Margarita and again was thinking it was going to be yuckie. Nope. If I saw the reviews at first, I wouldn't have come lol. It was my first time visiting BreWingZ as an adult. I remember when it first came, I enjoy the food so since I saw it around my area I was compelled to come. Glad I did. I went to the bar side. I had this one waitress (forgot her name) but she's maybe 5'0-5'2, curly dark blonde hair in a pony tail. Adorable face and morally respectable. She gave great suggestions with drinks because I told her this my first time here. I wish I could tipped her more but it was over my budget at the time haha. The drink I had was delicious, and she made a joke and it was funny. Now to the food, it wasn't what I expected but it was not bad. I like to try new foods in different ways anyways. I had the shrimp and chicken tenders combo with fries. The shrimp was good, but the chicken tenders was toooo hard. But I did ask for crispy so it's my fault lol but the shrimp I give it a 7.5, chicken a 6 .5but like I said my fault. Fries was a 6 as well. And the Drink....a 10 , overall waiting 7.5/10. Manager cut us off when trying to explain the menu states 99 cent draft beers and just did not want to hear what we had to say. Waiter was nice and attentive. So many bad reviews here! Honestly, I didn't check the Yelp rating prior, and only stopped by because this place was flashy from the outside and was close to the place I got a haircut. Most of the reviews rip the service. I have to admit I was not impressed at first -- the hostess just stared at me like I was an alien when I walked then the door, so that was weird. So I sat myself at the bar, and the bartender was quick and friendly for service. This place really should be two restaurants instead of one, since the bar area is isolated from the restaurant except for a walkway. So, the restaurant may be slow, but the bar area is not so. Tonight was 2-for-1 wings. I was able to get 20 wings for about $8. Honestly, I didn't think I could eat 20 wings, but beware: these are not typical sized wings, they are smaller. I give this place four stars for the bar side. I think that this is the fun side. I'm not sure I'd bring the wife and kids to the other side. That side doesn't look fun or enjoyable. read more

Never. Going. Back. Slow service made even slower by the discovery that they forgot part of the to-go order. Upon arriving home, we have cold, spongy fried mushrooms, cold fries & in all seriousness wings & drums that look like they came off midget Cornish game hens. I'm not a big girl & these things were smaller than my thumb! (See photo). Every single one of us was still hungry. These were appetizers at best. In addition to being tiny, they were obviously cooked twice because they were severely overcooked. There was no seasoning on there so it was essentially just bland wings. On top of that, there was a puddle of oil on the bottom of the tray. When we showed the wings to our waiter he takes them and comes back with the same tray of wings, just lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled on the top. Once we asked for the check and a to go box, we waited 15 mins and he only brought the to go box and waited like 10 more mins for him to bring the check... I've been to this location 4 times. The first time we came, it was not that impressive, but they had just opened so we came back a second time. The second time we came I ordered a burger and it wasn't good at all. We decided to come the third time because we hadn't had the wings yet. Well since it's called BreWINGS, I thought they'd have good wings. Well they don't. They're actually horrible. Lots of sauces to choose from to coat your dried up little crispies. They're fried so much that the meat is gone. Came today for the 4th time because I thought we'd give the wings another try. Please don't do what I did and waste your money "giving them another try".
