Our host/cashier, Devonte, was very helpful and we appreciated that. Although we have had their delicious fries in the past, we opted to be "good" this time and ordered the celery sticks with their crazy delicious Ranch dressing to go/takeout. Oh how I enjoy wingstop. This location has been open for only a few months and it has been a great addition to downtown North Miami. The inside is small, so I wouldn't suggest large groups unless you're just getting your food to go. Their customer service has been on point each time I've visited, and the wait time is always reasonable. On Monday and Tuesday they have a special on boneless wings. The sauces take differently to boneless and traditional wings. (Everything tastes better on traditional) I wouldn't suggest dry rubs on boneless wings, especially the Parmesan. The lemon pepper here isn't that great though. Maybe it's me. But I love their Louisiana rub and Cajun flavor. Two days ago, on one of my after work specials I decided to go to WingStop since the location I went to was on a route I take going home. I was sitting at a Walgreens parking lot placing my mobile order through their app. I was taking a while to make a decision on what I wanted, especially on the flavors. So, I ended up ordering an eight piece combo with fries and a drink. I went with my usual flavors, Cajun and Louisiana Rub, those two haven't failed me yet. I think the next time I go, I'll try one flavor I haven't tried yet but until then I will continue to write this review on this specific visit. On this visit I had to wait a little on my order, not too long but a little. I'll take that because I knew my food was coming fresh out of the grease. The service was decent, the cashier was on the phone taking orders but when she got off she greeted me and asked if I was there for pick up which I was. When I received my order I asked her if I could have extra seasoning on my fries and she was nice about it and added more seasoning for me, Ten points for that! The inside of this location is not the best but it's not terrible, it could use a little bit of cleaning up because it felt like there was grease everywhere, the reason for my three star review. There was music playing but it wasn't obnoxiously loud where it would bother customers that were eating there. Overall the food was decent and the location is decent. Also, before I forget, I did that check-in as I normally do when I go to places and when I check-in I received a free five piece boneless wing order when I purchased a combo meal. My first order had some issues that were addressed immediately by Manager Kevin Vilver before the order even hit my door step I received a call with one of the most genuine apologies I have ever received from an establishment. However, I completed their survey, detailed the inaccurate order, and the next day, the manager reached out to me to fix the issue. I appreciate them doing that. The second time around, the food was much better (wings were well done, and fries were warm and crispy).
