This was my first time trying here. I ordered online to pick it up at 6 pm. I got there early and tried to change the time. But the lady at the counter didn't really tell me what they can do. All she said was that she didn't see my order. I kept waiting but the restaurant was packed due to a T-Mobile promotion. So, I gave up and went to the dollar tree to kill my time. I've heard a lot about the Ranch Dressing from Wing Stop and came randomly. This is by far the slowest, most nonchalant service I've ever received. After waiting for 45 min for chicken and fries, the food was rather greasy and I don't know if I get the hype about other ranch. It low key tastes like blue cheese and could be a little thicker. The location is fairly small. Christmas music was playing (visited in December). The one thing I couldn't find was a trash can, apparently it's a wing stop bag that is sitting on the counter top. Waited over an hour and a half to get my food to find out they gave my order to the wrong person and sent my delivery guy away and they then refused to cancel the order. Wing stop employee suggested I call uber support meanwhile I'm waiting for a meal and have a confused driver blowing me up about the order. Finally wing stop agreed to cancel it, BUT THEN NEVER DID. This place is very fast if you order online. As a person living closer to this wingstop, the workers are very friendly as of so far. I haven't had a bad experience or encounter in this wingstop and hope it stays like that. Another thing I'd like to add that made me knock down a point is the sprite. The machine isn't often refilled so when i got the sprite it wasn't really sprite and made my head hurt but other than that it was well. I placed a DoorDash order over a week ago, and Wingstop made a mistake with it. I called and spoke to an Eric who promised me a refund. However, I've been trying to resolve this for a week now. Yesterday, I called and spoke to Kimberly, who was helpful, but there's a communication issue because they now can't locate the order through DoorDash due to DoorDash not sharing order numbers with customers. I provided screenshots and email communications to confirm the order and delivery, but the refund is still unresolved and no one has reached back out to me to confirm where they are with the refund. I called again today and was told that Kimberly would call me back shortly. I waited over 2 1/2 hours and called back and was told that I could speak to the general manager, Eric. (Apparently, the same Eric who promised the refund last week.) He was difficult to communicate with, not allowing me to finish my sentences and insisting he informed me last week that he couldn't find the order, which wasn't true. (More importantly, had that been true, then you would think that he would've done his due diligence to get my contact information to follow up with me. Which he did no such thing, creating me to believe that he had everything he needed for the refund..) Eric continue to just say that I had to wait for Kimberly to call me tomorrow at 11a even though I shared that I'd be traveling and asked for his help. He refused to help. When I asked if he could at least get me in touch with the owner, he said no, that Kimberly was working through this. I confirmed his position again which he expressed was in a higher position than Kimberly's and yet he was unwilling to come up with another way for us to work through this And kept holding his ground that I would hear from her tomorrow at 11 while I will be on a plane. I expressed my frustration and the need for better customer service from Eric. I'm hopeful Kimberly will contact me tomorrow and I'll get my refund. But, this review highlights the unnecessary challenges due to Eric's failure to quickly confirm details, resulting in a frustrating process. It also points out his lack of customer service skills, follow-through, and professionalism, potentially affecting the business's reputation. read more

I'm so happy I stopped here for my late night dinner! OK to start the wait is technically about 20 to 30 minutes for your food to get ready that for you can be a big deal or not a problem. For me I am so happy that I stopped and waited for that time because the food was delicious!!! I ordered a combo meal that came with the drink fries and 10 wings two flavors of choice mine was lemon pepper and hot style. I upgraded the fries to a Cajun spice and that didn't charge anything which I loved. Perks are that the room is small and comfortable with two TVs, it seems that everybody orders to deliver instead of eating in. My suggestion would be if you were in a rush and really hungry to call ahead and make an order to pick up. My only suggestion would be that the staff would have a garbage can in the room so that people could throw away their garbage instead of leaving it on the table because I think it looks a messy that way. I stopped by this particular Wingstop to use my free birthday French fries. If you sign up for their email club, then they'll send you a coupon for your birthday. We ordered 50 regular and "boneless wings" for four of us. The lemon pepper flavor is my favorite. There is always a pool of oil at the bottom of the paper boat, so I usually put all the wings on top of a big pile of napkins. Still, they are yummy. Due to the large call in orders I got the boneless so that I only had to wait 10 minutes instead of 20 minutes. The establishment is clean and the staff is nice, not a bad place to eat in. I would like to compare them with Cluck- u, but they have a lot of different flavors from Cluck-U which I like. The french fries were okay, but not good enough to eat the whole thing.
