This was finally an opportunity to try their Chicken Sandwich! It did not disappoint! I got the Mango Habanero sandwich. Finally after waiting so long to try their version I'm gonna say it does rival Popeye's & Chick Fil A. The gentleman taking our order was pleasant and had a great sense of humor while we tried to order at this was our first time in probably over 10 years! I wish I could remember his name because he was awesome. Here's my thoughts as to why this was a great sandwich - first it looked delicious! And the old saying goes we eat with our eyes! This surpassed the eye appeal test! Secondly, this passed the taste test with flying colors. The bun held up nicely the entire time, the chicken was great and the sauce was excellent! Now I did get the combo meal and for that I was disappointed. The fries were over salted and even though we asked for crispy they weren't! The drink machine was not functioning - I mean it dispensed the product but just didn't taste like it should. I'm typically not a soda drinker so I'll pass on final judgement. Very disappointed in our very first visit ever to any Wingstop, since our local Hooters closed. This location is not a good representation of the brand at all. We ordered 40 wings with fries and were supposed to get celery and carrots. We opted to carry out since we're so close. The first thing we noticed was that the veggie sticks were missing. So then we opened the wings and one could tell immediately that they were clearly overcooked. They were all dry and rubbery. Very sad because we heard that Wingstop was incredible. I ordered for delivery on their website. After the fact I learned that one of the people in our party was allergic to MSG so I called Wingstop to see if their ingredients included MSG. I was told "yes" so I requested to cancel the order and was told that they could not cancel the order. I even gave them the order number from their confirmation email they sent to me and they still could not cancel the order. The young lady said that would be an IT issue. ??? (In their confirmation email it said "If you need to cancel your order call the restaurant." They did offer to refund my money, which was nice. This location is inconsistent..Sometimes service is friendly, other times not. It's super annoying they never answer their phone for me. It's a busy location so nothing is ever fast. Their fries are addictive -- fresh cut and slightly overcooked, soft in middle with craggy crispy edges of skin. I especially love their fry seasoning -- maximum salty, with a nice onion & garlic powder flavor pop, and that yummy sugar sweet finish. It goes perfectly with their delicious ranch sauce. I also tried their new fried chicken sandwich today -- toasted brioche bun was nice, but it was a bit small, the chicken thinner and a little dry inside, and not near the juiciness of Popeye's superior sandy. They forced me to get it dipped in one of 12 sauces (though I had read online you could get it plain). I didn't care for Hawaiian sauce on it. Stick with the wings and fries. read more

The food here has always been good, and sometimes for carry out you have to wait a little bit longer than anticipated. However, I keep using them because they are the closest option. For some reason though they always end up leaving out some thing in our order. It's in a bag stapled. Definitely a great way to keep you from checking your order! Honestly zero stars. The wait is always nearly an hour, almost twice the wait of other wing stops. The workers do not care at all and will continue to be slow (and rude!!). I would get it if they were short staffed, but they have the same amount of workers as other locations. The food is also hit or miss. They used to give me extremely massive fries and the lemon pepper tenders are sometimes wet when they're supposed to be dry. On top of that, they get my order completely wrong way too often. Yesterday I went into this location to pick up an order and although the wait was long (there was a large order in front of me) the staff was so nice. I had several people check on me while I waited and was given a drink for my wait. I would expect a wait on anything chicken anyway. I ordered the All-In Bundle about a month ago and my tenders were missing. Since I live 15 minutes from the store, I did not want to return to have it corrected, so after working through a communication barrier, the employee told me they would write my name in some book to get them free next time + 2 additional tenders for the inconvenience. When I called today to order again and redeem my tenders that I ALREADY PAID FOR, the employee could not find my name in the book and the general manager got on the phone and yelled at me for not knowing the employee's name that I spoke to last time. As a manager in customer service, I don't believe you should ever make a customer feel the way he made me feel on the phone. I will drive further to another location before I ever return to this location due to this experience. The staff was very disorganized and had no interest in assisting the customers in the store. The cashier answered the phone multiple different times rather than taking care of any of the people inside the store. I found this rather rude and frustrating since I saw my food with my name on the receipt sitting on the counter.
