We tried to go to another location and it was closed down. So we saw this location and popped in. The lobby is small with older furniture. I ordered the 3 piece catfish and fries plate about $15.00. Noticed a sign saying no refills, not even for dine in. My husband ordered chicken wings in 2 different flavors and fries. For the two of us the receipt was about $35.00. We waited a bit. I went to the restroom and the trash was over flowing with trash and paper towels. There was no toilet paper and there was feces on the toilet seat. The floors are dirty throughout the restaurant. The food was ready when I returned. The fries did not even have a sprinkle of salt on them. The catfish crush/breading was burnt, extra extra crispy. The first piece was over cooked. The second piece wasn't cooked all the way and had a salt water weird taste. The fish was visibly transparent, so raw. My husband and I looked at it was like no thank you and we left it on the plate. All in all, I would not come back here, but hey you may have better luck. read more

Don't waste your time coming here if you don't order by 7:00 even though they don't close until 9:00 they won't take any orders from you we have been calling since 8:00 p.m. and it was 8:36 when we drove to the facility to place an order walked in the young ladies wearing a bonnet and a black wife beater and going to tell us that we cannot order unless we have already ordered but yes still she wouldn't answer the phone she kept hanging up on us so don't waste your time money or energy coming here to eat it's not worth it and I live a block away from it and still couldn't place an order read more

This is my 2nd experience here. The 1st time was probably 6-8 years and the customer service was horrendous that it took me this long to give it another shot. I called on a Sunday at 7:15pm (45 min before closing) and was shocked that the young man that answered was courteous and patient. I ended up ordering a 10 piece combo with parmasean garlic and Jamaican jerk seasonings. When I arrived, the Korean lady asked if I has a pickup order. She offered me some soup while I was waiting to get my food and pay. The food came out and she showed me my order before placing it in the bag. The parmasean garlic was great but the Caribbean jerk wasn't well seasoned or spicy. The crinkle fries were hot and fresh. Overall it was a very good experience and will be back for their Philly cheesesteak. read more

Idk what happened to the other young guy that was at the front, but the guy they have up there now is horrible. I mean, just plain rude. To be honest, the food ain't even that good to deal with the rudeness. Now let's get to the food...my last two orders were honey mustard wings, dry as the desert! I was thinking, maybe it was just an off day. But nope, dry again today. Like, where's the sauce?!? Then I go use the restroom and come out. Another customer comes in to order and ask if there was a key to the bathroom. They locked the bathroom door after I used it . So, is the bathroom not for paying customers?!?! JUST GO. I tried this spot because I was craving some wings and it was the closest thing to me. IM GLAD I DID. These are better than wingstop wings. Not dry at all and super flavorful. I got the wet lemon pepper and medium Buffalo wings combo with fries and drink. When I tell you EVERYTHING was good down to the ranch lol. So many people have been telling me to check this place out and try their chicken and waffles, so i finally had the opportunity to do so. Our cashier Josh was nice and very suggestive. They are temporarily closed for a needed revamp of training of workers. Also redesign if not location. The wings tasted identical to wing stop. Loved their version of hot sauce it had peppercorn in it & something spicy and smokey. It boggled my brain. Great combo priced. This review is a hard one.. This place isn't good, it isn't horrible, but it's below average! I got the 10 piece combo that came with fries, half a waffle and a drink.. The wings were ok, I got 5 cajuan and 5 lemon pepper The cajuan was ok, and the lemon pepper could have had more season added.. The fries were good and hot! The half waffle tasted like it was frozen waffles that they put in the microwave and warmed up.. The layout was odd! So much empty space, and they only had 3 booths to eat at!?!? This is a place you go to if your hungry and don't have a lot of money... They do give you a lot of food for a decent price, but sometimes you need quality over quantity! I won't be back.. Went for the first time on my way home from work tonight. Ordered the 5 wings/2 piece fish combo meal (Got talapia) First- fish. Breading wasn't chalky like it often is. Also they didn't over-bread OR over fry. Not even a little greasy, and decently (if a little lightly) seasoned. Plus - portion size = ABSURDLY huge! I actually put about a third of it in the fridge for tomorrow. Meat itself good...moist, not dry. Overall, this was the 'home run' of the deal. Great value per dollar on this alone Wings. Meat was good (I got 2 drums, 3 flats). Moist, reasonably thick. Tasty. I will say, as my first visit - I got 'medium' with the thought of "Lets identify the middle ground". This was the spiciest medium I've ever had! This is not white people medium spicy (and I'm very much a 'regular lame white dude' on the spicy scale'). 5 wings and I had literal running sweat from the eye sockets, upper lip, back of the neck, eyebrows. Darn happy surprise, there! Flavor decent, not overly deep but perfectly acceptable. These are a thumbs up for try #1 Fries - a little light on the salt for my tastes, but I get that part. Crinkle cut, not over fried. Decent, almost good. Perfectly fine side. For the price, I got a BIG amount of food. If it were ONLY about the food, I'd go back. Now, the others: One: Fox News, volume up loud, on the TV in the lobby. This is a Hard Pass for me in and of itself. Pretty solid wing spot. Prices are cheap. I got 40 wings for like $25. You can't beat the prices here for wings. Their Philly cheesesteak are pretty good too. Theirs wings are really good! They have several sauce options; my favorite is the honey teriyaki their Philly cheesesteak is also really, really good! They've now expanded their menu with sandwiches which I look forward to trying. Definitely recommend this place! The staff is also super polite! read more

Walked in here to order some wings in something very shady was going on here. All of a sudden they're like it's going to be 30 minutes you OK with that. And were like yeah that's fine man in two seconds later another guy comes up all gonna be a long time for the wings like 45 minutes. Needed wings for my son's baby shower and a friend recommended this place. I ordered 95 wings and the total was a little over $70 dollars and the guy that took my order even threw in fries since I had a large order. I ordered the lemon pepper , garlic Parmesan and the original but was told I could order up to 5 flavors. Well, the wings were a big hit at the shower and we all loved them. They had a lot of flavor to them . My husband ate all the fries before we made it to the shower and by the way he hobbled them down they Were pretty tasty. I will definitely return. read more

Erin, the meth head at the register ALWAYS has a attitude when I call and go get pick up my order. She's better off on the streets where they found her, she's hurting the business which is the last thing they need. I over heard her say to the cook "they were finna get cussed the f*ck out" regarding angry customers that came in frustrated because they had to come up there to place their order instead of calling ahead. I'm sure it was because they keep the phone on silent. Which explains the long hold times and not being able to get through. I will never order from this place again. They are very rude and disrespectful. I called up there yesterday and ordered 15 boneless wings. I sent my pca up there as I am disabled and can not drive. It's nice to have a treat once in awhile. When my PCA arrived she gave me my order and left. When I opened the box it ended up being the bone in wings. I called to voice my concerns and the manager told me just to come up there the next day and they'd make it right. So today I called up there for my order and was told the lady didn't work there anymore and the owner refuses to make good on my order because I couldn't bring the wrong wings back untouched yesterday. This place is great! I've become a regular..... Their wings are always hot and fresh, fries are crispy and seasoned to perfection. Their burgers are also really good. Sometimes they may run a bit light on the seasoning on the lemon pepper wings so I just ask them to be well seasoned and it works out really good. Where can i start? Their side dishes like french fries and fry cat fish is one of the most delicious. Wings... I liked all their flavors but ranch was the best out of all better than any other wings places, and the price is crazy cheap for that amount of food u get!!! I will be back very soon!!
