I had no idea when Joy and I were visiting the museum that this restaurant was even here. But, I'm glad we found it, becsuse it was amazing. The food was so fresh and well prepared. I had the Buffalo Cheeseburger with fries. Well seasoned. The fries were a little over salted, but had a winderful taste and crunch to the. I would have liked the burger to be medium to medium rare, but I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. Joy gad the Smoked Turkey Stuffed Acorn Squash which she said tasted really good. Not overly smoked and seasoned well. Our waitress was great. She had an easy job as we were the only ones there. But she was very informative about the ingredients and kept our glasses filled. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. Outside was an agricultural display showing plants of Native Americans. I would definitely go back and try dinner there.
