I called twice the young lady put me on hold each time 7 to 8 minutes, the second time she started it was only 2 of them so I'm thinking she was taking orders on phone that's why I'm on hold well I drive there while still on hold the girl was working in the back so basically they decided not to take phone orders for a while black girl 2 long braids wasn't very nice, but the young lady in the back cooking found the time to say hello while she was working that wasn't expected but thoughtful. That other young lady has the personality of the 120th wing stop that I never go to anymore. I hope this store don't turn into 120th store . GENIUNELY DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst wingstop I've ever been to. If you happen to be lucky enough to not have to wait thirty minutes after your 'food will be ready by' then you will most likely have NO seasoning on your chicken. Or all drums without asking. Arrived right before 1am to pick up a delivery order. There were two other drivers outside saying that the girls inside were saying they are refusing to make any more orders. I went inside and they instantly started screaming at me about who was I there for. I gave them the name and they started screaming some more about not wanting to make it and they should have locked the doors at 1230. (They are open until 1). There were two other people inside also waiting for orders who were visibly uncomfortable. The girls then said (or rather screamed) that they would make the orders but we'd all just have to wait. They got the drinks for my order and another's but slammed them down on the counter. They then muttered and complained the entire time. When one of the other drivers that they had refused before came back in they started screaming at him again. He was very calm and rational--we're just trying to do our jobs. If you're refusing to make them and we drop them, that affects our completion ratings. If customers paid for food (AND ITS DURING BUSINESS HOURS), your job is to make the food. They had locked the doors during the wait and after being given my food she unlocked the door and screamed "OUT!!" I have worked in the restaurant industry for 30 years. First time trying this location... My fries were not cooked all the way. There was so much salt on them It hurt. It was just regular salt not the actual seasoning that every other Wingstop uses. I asked for well done Wings. That didn't happen. I'm convinced Wingstop is only good with ranch .. Oh that note.. They forgot my three ranches and my celery sticks and carrots sticks. So yeah. I've order from here a few times now and I can say, the food is good. The wings are always well sauced or rubbed and the sandwich hasn't disappointed yet. The issue is the order time. It always and I mean ALWAYS is at least 10 mins past the time given. I would totally understand if it was busy, but I've been the only person in there every time. Last time it was 30 mins past the time it should have been ready. No coupon was offered or discount just sorry. The time before that was 15 mins and there were three people working in there, only one was cooking orders as the other two were talking and looking at their phones on TikTok. Buyer beware! I have ordered delivery twice from this location and on both occasions Grub Hub showed up to pick it up only to be told by Wingstop employees that "it was stolen". When I contacted Wingstop manager Marcella, she stated there's nothing they can do. She tried to say I had to report it stolen to Grub Hub to get a refund but I didn't order from them, I ordered on Wingstop's website. She stated that she would refund my card but never did. Not that I would trust her to do that because they obviously have a problem of stealing from customers. The whole time, on both occasions, never an apology or an effort to make it right for me. I said I would never come back to this Wingstop but I was offered a credit for my last order because the food and service was horrible, so I came back. I don't know if all of the employees struggle with regular customer service but so far we have yet to encounter any. We went to get our credit and we kept asking the girl taking our order to tell us the total so we could use our total amount of the voucher. She repeatedly would not tell us our total & we ended up just giving up and just ordering whatever. We did not use up all of our credit voucher because they wouldn't tell us our total until they handed us our receipt. I will not be coming back to use the rest of the credit as I'd rather just take the loss. The staff just spent their time gossiping with each other and talking loudly about the customers and other staff. The place should be the textbook definition of unprofessional. Bonus the floor was cleaner this time than the last still horrendous. Now onto the food, the fries are undercooked again and the wings are tiny and disgusting. I do not know where they are getting their products but it's definitely not the same distributer of other wingstops. The wings are gross, small, and the corn... urgh. Ordered several combos last night. #1 Ordered flats only for my order; delivered drummers only. #2 Ordered well done on all combos; failed! Chicken skin was very elasticity! #3 All Garlic Parmesan wings were very lightly tossed with the seasoning; tasted horrible! #4 Again ordered 6 combos they gave four drink cups. #5 larger fry with combo was not included smh. Food is great every time. Beyond that the service when I show up is slow (not enough workers) I was missing veggies from my last order, and 100% of the time I show up on time after the 20-30 minutes and they are always another 20 minutes wait in person 100% of the time so expect that even if it's a slow day even if life is going your way and you are optimistic expect them to be 20 extra minutes from whatever they initially tell you online. Waited over an hour for my order just for it to be wrong, forgot my fries and only gave me 4 wings instead of 6 (not sure how you mess that up that badly), asked for it to be remade and got told it would be 5-10 minutes, and then waited another 20 minutes after that. Service is some of the worst you can experience. Wait times are astronomical and employees can't be bothered to keep track of when you can expect your incredibly delayed order.
