Glad we did. It was about 9PM, and it was pretty busy. Had no problem getting a clean table. Server was with us in about 1 minute!!! Great job!! I ordered a 14" Tavern Style pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. My wife ordered a cheeseburger, added an egg, no veggies, and onion rings. Food itself was about a 4 out of 5. My pizza crust would have been crisper without the extra cheese, so that is how I will order it next time. We WILL go back, so that says a lot. I tried a bite of my wife's burger and thought it was pretty good. The service was awesome!! Can't recall her name, but her birthday is next Thursday June 11th!!!!! We visited 72 Table and Tap in Ralston during Omaha Restaurant Week (always a great time to try out a new place). They definitely had a "bar" vibe, with the bar at the center of everything, darts, a claw machine, and Golden Tee. Aside from that, it's a pretty "boxy" layout, but clean overall. The food we had was actually pretty good, though! We started with the Crab Rangoon Dip and Bacon Cheddar Donuts. Both were super tasty, with the dip having a sweet chili sauce on it to cut the heaviness, and the cheddar donuts almost being like fried balls of mashed potatoes. Yummmm, My husband and I got two different entrees. I had the normal cheeseburger, and it came with the cute "72" branded on the bun. I am a sucker for good branding, so loved that. It was just a basic burger, but cooked the way I like it, as if it was made on the grill at a back yard party. He had the Honey Habanero Chicken Sandwich and LOVED it. I had a bite and it was sweet and spicy at the same time - a great flavor combo. For dessert, we shared the Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes, and they were very sweet, with a white icing for dipping, like usually comes on a cinnamon roll. Updating my review since I came here with a group of eight. It was easy to get a reservation, and we probably didn't even need one, on the Saturday night we came in around 7. Our server did a great job, no mistakes, and we all got what we ordered quickly. Our dishes were delicious! Personally, I wish my baked scampi had come out as soon as it was done, as the oil and cheese had separated by the time I got it. Otherwise, it tasted great. The bread was nothing special, it would've been a fantastic meal if the side of garlic bread was truly delicious enough to eat it all. Overall, this is a pretty cheap place to get a decent meal. The vibes are good, and the drinks are cheap-- I especially appreciate that you can get cocktails by the picture, this is so rare!! Decent place! We like to come here over lunch during work. It's usually pretty quiet during the day and the service is pretty quick. The best food I've had is their wings or the Philly. They have pretty fun and unique wing flavors and a good deal on Thursdays. The Philly is also pretty loaded and you can add queso and jalapeños. They have a good selection of drinks and decent deals on happy hours or certain days. Lots of TVs and plenty of seating. read more

Overall wouldn't recommend unless maybe you want to grab drinks and watch games, the food was very mediocre at best. The service was good and our food came quickly but the food itself was lacking and felt like the menu really talked up what was very basic food items. I had a Gouda Mac which was pretty dry noodles with chunks of bacon and some maybe Gouda cheese? It was edible but wouldn't order again. My Moscow mule was good though and the price was ok. We stumbled upon this place by accident. We were going to the lancers game and found out Ralston Keno is no kids allowed. I'm glad we found this place. The food is excellent. They still have the delicious hog fries and we ordered the nachos with "spiced chicken". The chicken didn't taste like it had any seasoning on it and the nachos were okay but nothing special. The flavor was amazing, but my fries were NOT done. I ate about a 1/3 of it because the fries became mound of mush. I absolutely would have eaten much more if my fries were crispy. They needed to be since they sit under so much yummy. I felt like I waitress was trying to rush us out a little even tho we were also watching the Chiefs game. They have a decent happy hour. We had a good experience at 72 Table & Tap. My wife and I stopped in to grab an early dinner and waste time while our dogs were at the groomers. We sampled some things off the happy hour menu. The fried pickles were good, nice flaky breading. Almost too thin of pickles where you didn't get much pickle flavor at times. The bacon cheddar jalapeño donuts were interesting, definitely more hush puppy than donut. We both said we wouldn't order again but they were interesting. We also ordered some cheese curds which were very good. The jam stuff they came with was unique but their ranch was very good and we found ourselves opting for that most of the time. I ordered the half order of wings off the happy hour menu. They were solid nothing special just chicken wings. My wife had the juicy Lucy which she said was very good! I have been here many more times than i have checked in. A group of us would come here for music bingo and i loved it because they have not your standard food and drinks! I have always had great service from the staff. The rolling beer menu is what i love finding something new to drink and not just boring beers. Talking about some beer with legs! My latest was a 9.5% Salted Caramel Porter you just dont get at other places. This venue is actually just down the road from my office so i have seen i think 5 different places here, and i am glad this one has stuck! The venue definitely has a sports bar theme, but we were pleasantly surprised with our food. We started with the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was fantastic. These are some of the best Brussels in the area. We also split a chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was huge. It is on a sort of cracker crust with a delicious homemade ranch. Visit started off great with an attentive waiter who was totally on top of our drink and food orders, and then refills. Then he just stopped. Someone else brought out our food and no one came by for the rest of our visit. It wasn't until we sought out the bartender to pay that our waiter came over and apologized saying someone else was supposed to take over our table. Well "someone" didn't unfortunately. Almost a two hour visit and I am Livid. To start off, my cousin and I were in Omaha for two weeks for work (FedEx Drivers). So I did my research on the place. The menu looked wicked good and the atmosphere looked enjoyable! We get there and sit at the bar no problem. The first bartender gets our drinks and appetizers put in. The crab Rangoon dip? FIRE. The bacon jalapeño donuts? FIRE. Then when I went to place the order for entrees, the bartender acknowledged me and walked away. My cousin didn't place her order. Then he comes back after a bit because she waved him down. She places her order and he puts it in. Then he comes back a minute later and asks me "wait did you want to order the burger?" YES. I THOUGHT I DID. So we have our food. I have my burger which was supposed to be a juicy Lucy and I see it's cut in half. There was no cheese inside and the manager noticed so I talk to her and politely ask for it to be made again. By this time , our FIRST bartender left for the night without letting us know so we have another bartender who kept hiccuping and looking like she's not feeling well. I get my food again brought from the owner and it's fresh and tasty but yet again no cheese. My cousins food was fine but mine not so much. The SECOND bartender (who I was told was a manager) we had never checked on us, never said a word to us, still looked like she was feeling like absolute crap. We sat for almost 45 minutes without being checked upon ONCE. Keep in mind, the whole time this was happening, the owner constantly kept sitting down. The only time she got up was to bring me my food and to see what was going on with the systems at the bar. The food runner was doing his job well, the other manager was doing his job well. But the lazy owner who seems like she doesn't care and the manager who wasn't feeling well did not help out. If you're not feeling well, someone needs to step up. We were looking forward to this so much because of the menu. Total letdown. read more

Found this new little hidden gem on 72nd in Omaha when I was recently visiting! It's located back off the road in a strip mall and just opened a few months ago. It's definitely more spacious than I was picturing from seeing it from the outside. Everything is fairly distanced apart table wise, but can accommodate larger parties too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Don't know what to order or drink? No need to fear, their waitstaff and bartenders know their stuff and will guide you in the right direction. They have a good selection of local beers, which is always nice, or at least I think so because I like to drink local when I'm traveling. I also loved that it seems like the owner is super involved with the restaurant - she was waiting tables, greeting everyone and just checking that the atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. I had a couple different draft beers and all were selected by the bartender and were all great choices. As far as the food, I went with the featured specials that night which were wings and pretzel bites with beer cheese. I have no complaints and enjoyed them all! I did the garlic parm sauce and it wasn't too garlicy and the wings were cooked to a crispy perfection. And I mean, is it even possible to mess up pretzels and beer cheese?! Probably, but not here! I love how their specials are so random... like why wait for Tuesday to have tacos on Taco Tuesday when you can have them Monday! I love it! The crab Rangoon dip had a good consistency to it and the wonton chips were pretty good, however, both needed salt to amp up the flavor. Yet again, 72's burgers were added to our list of joints that don't season their burger patties. While the toppings were good, that's all we could taste. We could easily have just ordered a cinnamon roll and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. On the upside, their homemade ranch was delicious and the breading on the onion rings was pretty good. It took just over five minutes AFTER the bartop cleared out and I was the last person sitting before anyone even bothered to ask if I'd been helped. Probably somewhere around 15 minutes total. Three waiters, one bartender and a barback in a half full restaurant with an empty bar could probably manage to forget to serve the one guy sitting up there guy if they were Hellen Keller'd to the gills but I don't think that'd be appropriate insofar as the job description at these businesses. Stopped in for lunch recently and the food was good. They have a nice little outdoor dining area with umbrellas for shade. I had the Grilled Chicken Club Salad. It was huge, filling and very good. I recommend trying the cucumber jalapeño margarita. It was well balanced, good flavor and not too sweet or spicy. My husband had the T&T Chicken Philly. It was ok. It lacked a bit in flavor. Plus, he asked for light onions and peppers and the sandwich was still pretty heavy on both.
