It's a Saturday night and I know it gets busy. Therefore, this place should have enough employees working the night since there's grubhub and door dash picking up orders as well. I only saw one cashier trying to multitask by taking in phone orders and there was definitely a line of people trying to order. There must of been about 3-4 employees working in the kitchen and to be honest they looked like headless chickens looking at their ticket orders. Tried calling in a order wanted to order wings plus use coupon given yesterday at this location when I called employee just said we aren't expecting coupons kept placing me on hold to go talk to her manager, finally after being on a long hold she responds with you need to come in, when clear there was a way of saying and putting things clear to customers not acting like they don't know what's going on in there own work place. I went into the store Tuesday to speak to them about it and get a refund. UHM it is TUESDAY 2 days after the date I ordered on SUNDAY. I informed the person it was 2 days and I would like my refund. He apologized over and over and continued to tell me, the manager said if I needed to have her explain things to me I could come back on Thursday and talk to her. NO I do not need an explanation, I need you to show proper customer service and give a dam about your customers. She at no time said, take down her name and number and let me call her to discuss the matter. That would have been proper customer service or she could have told him to pass the phone to me right then and spoke to me. I've been to this WingStop more than a few times since they opened. Every time I go it's only out of an intense craving for wings and a severe laziness to drive out to Hemet or Moreno Valley for Buffalo Wild Wings. The last time I was at WingStop there was a forth of an inch of oil at the bottom of the little paper boat. Very gross. I do have to admit that their yeast rolls have improved. Ordered a family pack (30 PC) over the phone with Alana. Went to pick up order came home and the family started eating. My friend bit into one of the BBQ flavored wings and it had a strand of hair ! It was long and wrapped around the whole wing. We all immediately stopped eating everything, wings, fries, veggies. I am making this a 5 star review not because I had perfect service, it because the store manager went above and beyond to make it better when I didn't. I ordered online for pickup. The order was not ready when We got there. There order was not the correct s may sound trivial but I wound up paying $1 extra when I got there. This was due to the way that they handle internet orders by manually punching in the price. The manager took my complaint attentively. She told me the steps she was going to take to ensure that future customers do not suffer as I have. She also comped me a future meal to make up for my having to wait. She is also going to work with corporate to ensure that this does not happen to future customers. For anyone interested in the issue, wingstop.com offers online customers 5 additional wings for 2.99 at the end of checkout. Wingstop rings them up at 3.79.
