I decided to try the 20 piece wings with 10 mild, 5 original, and 5 lemon pepper that cost me $23.99. The staff was friendly and had my correct order. I thought the wings were good, but could be better without the wings having fat on them. If I compared these wings to Wings Empire, I would say Wings Empire is better because of the wings are always fresh and not as much fat on them. This is unfortunately the 4th bad experience we've had with this particular WingStop. The person working last night was playing explicit music so loudly that she could not hear the customers. Did not listen to my spouse at all and ended up overcharging him as well. We were told by Luis to come back in and let the staff know we spoke to him about or delivery order not being complete to get the missing items for free when coming back in. So, naturally that's what we did. Tried to explain that to the girl working and she completely switched topics and was rude. We ended up just paying for the food and leaving as there was no talking about the issue with her. Obviously she needs retrained or to be on her way out. The 3rd issue was this Sunday when we placed an order through the app and our drinks never made it. Called immediately to see if it could be fixed that night, but Luis made a good argument of trying to fix it another time. Shouldn't have done that obviously. The 2nd time we had an issue was our order being charged twice. Sending bank account statements and everything wasn't convincing enough. It took over a week and talking to six different people to be resolved. No real apology at the end. And our first issue was, you guessed it, missing delivery items because they still allow orders through the WingStop app to be picked up by Doordash for some reason even though they're notorious for miscommunication. The app itself seems to confuse employees because each time I call in and they look at our order, it takes them a minute to realize a combo comes with drinks... Apologized and said to come in for the missing item. Asked about it, they said no one left a note, so we said screw it and left. Didn't order again for over a month because of the bad taste in my mouth on how they handle things. At this point, we will be coming in during the earlier day hours on Tuesday to see if we can speak with someone higher up. We've been promised missing items twice if we came in and neither of those were honored. I am NOT happy. read more

My boyfriend and I came here to grab a bite to eat and were very surprised that there was only one employee working, seeing as to how it was a Friday night. I mean, she was literally doing everything. She was ringing orders up, frying the chicken, tossing them in the sauce, and taking phone orders too. I almost felt bad for her until I placed my order and she had a little attitude. It was completely unnecessary. She quoted me with a wait time of 30 minutes and I became turned off even more, but like I said, she was the only employee working. She was still working on the order for two parties ahead of us and on top of that, a lot of customers walked in after us. It's a shame that I have to write a review so bad on yelp for this Wingstop but after my experience last night (and all of the other poor yelp reviews), it's needed. I've had nothing but good experiences here in the past and I'm hoping that this Wingstop finally decides to do something about their horrible customer service. We ordered a 50-piece party pack for delivery at 11pm. When the order was delivered, we were missing all of the veggie sticks and fries. My friend called and spoke to Andres. First, he tried to put the blame on Door Dash (we ordered through Wingstop btw, NOT DoorDash). He said that he put everything into the bags and that the delivery guy must've messed it up. We insisted that both bags were delivered and this couldn't have been the delivery guys fault. Andres said that he'd give us a store credit for veggie sticks and fries. This is when I took the phone bc thats an unacceptable solution. When someone places an $80+ order that is missing half of the order, a credit for some celery sticks and fries is absolutely nothing. Andres insisted that he was "following protocol" but I have a hard time believing that Wingstop instructs their employees to be unapologetic and offer no fair compensation when they screw up their orders. It is clear based on all of the horrible reviews that the mgmt at this location need to have all of their employees trained to check orders for completion before they go out, and even more so they need to learn customer service basics. Never blame someone else for your inability to do your job correctly, never question or doubt the customer when they call in to complain about paying for food that was never received, and fair compensation is an ABSOLUTE must. How about offering a 6-piece combo or something for the inconvenience! Giving us the $ back for Fries and veggie sticks that should never have been missing to begin with shows lack of concern and shows absolutely no effort to make the customer satisfied.
