Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service on this past Sunday, Super Bowl Sunday. Waited an hour after coming to place an order for food and was told they were not taking any more orders in person and online only. The whole order was wrong my bone in wings were boneless on both orders. My sweet tea was not sweet, but was indeed in the sweet tea drink dispenser. Over $40 worth of food in the whole order was wrong. Will not be back at this location. read more

twice in a row i ordered the boneless hot honey run wings and they arrive with almost nothing on them and they taste like regular unseasoned chicken. we called up after getting them delivered and seeing them then the lady on the phone wanted us to bring them up so she can look at them. Always like their wings, sauces are good, fries to me are the best around I love the seasoning....and the RANCH! If you order on the app, the estimated time is never right add 10-15 minutes to the estimated time. read more

I have never had a bad experience at a wingstop, food is always on point, service is friendly and fast in my opinion. Place is always clean and in orderly fashion. I've seen bad reviews and have not experienced any of them. I go to the on on grand, in Missouri,will continue to go there. I waited 25 minutes for my order (a 6 pc. Boneless combo) at Wingstop in Wentzville, I asked how much longer it would be since 3 people had come in and odered and left with their food while I was waiting and was just told it will be another 10 minutes or more! WTF? I asked how long boneless wings cook, was told 13 minutes so I wondered what was the hold up? You should never have to wait that long! I very, very rarely leave bad reviews but this place is appalling. Over two hours for my order. Ordered 2 boneless wing bundles, a 20 piece wing, voodoo fries, and corn. I understand it can be a wait. I don't understand 2 hours for that wait OR that over half my order was missing. Got the voodoo fries and corn. The regular wings were incorrect - ordered 2 ribs and got plain wings. BOTH boneless value bundles were missing. No fries, no wings. Paid over $100 for... what?? Absolutely recommend this Wing Stop! We did a pretty big take out order for us and a few friends, we ordered 50 wings, sides and a few drinks. When placing the order we were quoted 10-15mins for our order to be ready, we honestly didn't think it would be ready that fast due to the size of our order but we were wrong and it was ready in 12mins!! They have a wide variety of wing flavors, fries, carrots/celery, Cajun corn on the cob pieces and etc. The wings and fries are cooked perfectly, love all the different sauce options and the corn pieces are delicious!! Not only that but the staff were so friendly and the prices of everything is a great deal for how much stuff you get. We will definitely be frequenting this Wing Stop!! read more

I almost got arrested here for talking too loud and they said I was intoxicated. The cops were cool but the employees were not.

When and if you get the food your ordered it decent but that's the problem with this location. This store is so poorly ran and disorganized that your order WILL be incorrect. You WILL be waiting for your incorrect order to be made even if you have waited for 20-30mins. You probably won't get ranch but blue cheese instead. The Employees WILL NOT care about anything but the conversations they are having at the time or who is going out side to "smoke". It's really a circus!! So... about once a month I have a poor experience at this location. I should really stop ordering from here, but when you want wings on your lunch break you want wings. I ordered ahead and then still gave 10 minutes after the latest time they said it would be ready. Still not ready and about 5 other people waiting for their orders too. One of the workers had their baby sitting in a high chair at the counter and the useless girl who just kinda stand there (every time I come in all she's doing is standing behind the counter) is just playing with the baby the whole time. It wasn't until she put a bag on the pickup rack without calling the name that I asked her what the name was on it where she rudely told me the name. I said that she has had my order waiting on that shelf for 10 minutes a previous time so I had to know. Then someone who seemed in charge (might have been the baby's mom) came out and got my name and had the kitchen START my order. Then she came out and took everyone's name and there were multiple that were just sitting in a stack waiting for more prioritized orders. 5 people "working" at the time, none of them working very fast. Honestly if the useless "cashier", who by the way was not dressed appropriately for working, would have just given the names of the people who were waiting to the kitchen, it may have went better read more

I had a mysterious green discharge in my ranch, and when I asked for it to be exchanged and the lady said to her coworker that I probably put it in the ranch, so I said excuse me I didn't do that, then she start going balistic and screaming saying she said what was in the ranch but that sound completely different we were 8 feet away from each other I know what I heard then she proceeded to say I had to leave imedietly even though I just had got my food then she said she was gonna call the cops if I didn't leave faster and she had green hair and it was green stuff in my ranch it was probably here hair dye read more

Waited 25 minutes for my order. Decided to go up and ask where it was, and they somehow lost it?! I had paid with a credit card and it took them another 20 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund. At that point I was hangry and almost late for my doctor appointment. Not cool! moment to talk about the wait. We were supposed to get our food at 5:30 and ended up getting it at 6:10. We had time to make friends because we were both waiting for quite a bit. Next, I wanted to talk about what the staff did that made our visit miserable. A girl that stuck out to most people did many things that grossed us out. Let me just mention she was wearing airpods and had blue/blonde hair. One thing she did was take out her air-pod and lick it. YES LICK IT. Oh, and she did this twice. Awesome right, NO. Before she acquired this action, she was singing on the top of her lungs. and no it was not enjoyable. She was singing about g**o**de, bl**d, and ki**ing others. She thought she ate but she in fact did not. That type of stuff does not sit very well with others. (Especially people's stomach at a restaurant). Another thing she did was yell at her co workers for not doing their job right.... girl, you were doing the least work out of anyone in that workspace. Maybe our food would have came out faster if you pitched in and stopped singing, licking your ear wax, and talking about ki**ing others!! She also thought it was a good idea to not where hairnets, or gloves while handling food. (No one else was either). Let me also mention how she was man handling the cheese (without gloves) and throwing it around like a sack of potatoes. Food was great but when I asked to manager to stop singing, we were ignored and the singing continued, even louder.
