we had the server Nicole, the one with blonde hair that's box died blue. Nicole gave us an attitude from the second we sat down although we were very nice and positive. Nicole had 2 tables beside us in her section the whole hour and a half that we were there. Mind you we only ate for 20 minutes. She never checked on us once except to bring our drink and check. We were going to order desert but she brought us our check and set it down and left without a word. Genuinely the most awful service I've ever had at a restaurant. we tried to be understanding that maybe she had a bad day but it gets to a point. The quality of BWW's wings (at least at this location) is absolutely terrible. We ordered a 20 count carryout tonight for the Mizzou bowl game and the wings are tiny, dry and barely sauced. We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. We had 3 people in our group order alcoholic beverages. They asked us for our ID's, which we gave the waitress. She immediately took it to the manager and he came back saying he cannot serve us them because he assumed our ID's were fake. They were not. I completely understand that they do not have to serve us but the manager is unbelievably rude and came at us with complete disrespect. I highly recommend NOT going there. Actually just had the worst experience I have ever had at this location. To start we didn't even get asked about drinks until 10 mins into being at the table. 3 of the members of our party ordered alcoholic beverages. automatically the waitress walked straight to the back with their IDs 5 mins later a manager walks out and says he is not able to honor their VERY REAL IDs not to mention in a disgusting tone. His reasoning was he saw one member have another ID is his wallet which was a MOTORCYCLE license as in Missouri they give you a separate ID which we politely made him aware of. He then said "let me do my research" takes all 3 IDs back to the back of the restaurant. 5 mins after that comes out and say he's uncomfortable serving all 3 of them. I understand they have the right not to serve you however because we are young there was a stereotype applied to us. As a manager you should be educated on the fact that someone may have more than 1 license and also know how to communicate with your customers politely. In conclusion, we said you lost our business and hoped over to syburgs where we had a much better experience and they all received their alcoholic beverages as they scanned their IDs and observed them like normal wait staff do. read more

Bartender was overwhelmed but was very nice. Wasn't getting any help. Manager appears after 2 hours but damage already done, people were leaving. Manager not professional, instead of helping customers sitting at bar waiting to be helped he works on putting glasses away. While he's putting glasses away his pants are halfway down and see half of his underwear. He's wearing a belt but apparently doesn't know how it works. We come through the area twice a year on a road trip to see the family and the tradition is to eat lunch at any BWW along the way. The location is outside St Louis and just about the right spot for us to stop after driving most of the morning and we hit this up for lunch on a Saturday Food came out promptly, no issues or concerns there and was typical BWW quality. read more

Pretzels did have a good flavor to them, but only came with a small container of beer cheese which was clearly old as it had a film on the top and it was only filled half way. I love the food and atmosphere of this place, but this location specifically has a track record of long waits, gross food, and inattentive waitresses. We were one of 3 tables tonight, felt bad for coming in at 9:00 when they closed at 10, but I didn't think it would take 45 minutes to get our food. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese, boyfriend got 10 wings.... 45 MINUTES! When the Mac and cheese came out my first bite into it I tasted cold noodles/cheese. The cheese was watery, which I'm not picky about, but I can't eat a cold meal that I paid $10-15 for!? I finally just asked them to microwave it. The manager came over and told us he would take $15 off our total bill, which to me sounded fair and made up for the slip up. When we got our checks at the end there was no money taken off.. We scarfed down our food in hopes of getting out of there before close, and when we were paying the manager who promised to comp the meal was no where to be seen. This place is a hit or miss with their food. We order take out wings with fries almost every other week and it depends on who takes your order if it comes out right. We have had to take them back because it was not even our order one time. So just beware and check your bags before you leave. We love the parmesan wings and the honey bourbon wings. This place is awesome. We come here often for the great food, drinks and more importantly, the service. The servers are always friendly. Emma and Mel are two of the many that always stops to say hello. The managers are always present and work along side the servers. We been to A LOT of BWW in Missouri and other states. Went to this location to watch the Blues Game with my husband. We found a seat in the bar section and I am sure glad we did. We were ever so lucky to have Mackenzie as our waitress.
