Update #2. I have blocked the lash tech's number and she contacted me through another number and has sent me several threatening texts because she doesn't like my review. This review is 100% honest and I have pictures to show. I have, once again, blocked her number. She is also the owner of the salon and this speaks volumes of their service. No customer should be threatened and harassed over and over again for leaving an honest review. Update. After writing this review I have received 11 harassing texts from Stephanie (the lash artist). I simply asked she be professional and also to respect my privacy and leave me alone. This has been the worst experience ever! The second picture is 2 weeks after I got the lashes. It has been so incredibly painful. Meh. After driving up to what looked like the most janky building in Tucson I wasn't surprised to see the quality of the interior. The whole placed smelled of mildew. The lash quality looks good, but I could feel chunks of glue hitting my lower lash area when I closed my eyes. It's REALLY uncomfortable. The lashes started falling out the first day. I took extra care of them, but they kept falling out. I washed them gently with baby soap and huge chunks of glue came off. I'm kind of glad to have them fall out quickly because it was just painful having them on. I had Stephanie, and I'm sure she usually does a great job, but I'm sorry to say I wasn't impressed. read more

Not what I expected from a professional facial. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The place was not clean or well put together. I was taken through the side room instead of the front. Not checked in or asked my name. Did not get the woman's name, either. The certificates on the wall were out of date. The woman doing the facial didn't have her materials organized and the supplies used were over the counter lotions and masks. The woman's phone was ringing loudly and she was not gentle or calm. The entire facial lasted 20 minutes. It was 20 min too long. I should have left when I was told to wrap a towel around myself and lay on top of the table NOT under a blanket. Best place to get a Brazilian from! My friends and I go before every trip and she is so detail oriented and friendly. If you're not an experienced waxee I highly recommend her for a comfortable laid back environment. She plays great music and chats the whole time to keep you occupied, you can tell she is really passionate about doing a good job. read more

It takes having a bad experience to know what a good experience feels like. This has been by far the most comfortable eyelash extension service I've ever had, thanks to Stephanie. I liked how she had the sticky pad under one eye at a time, rather than both. My eyes get a bit twitchy with both sticky pads under my eyes sometimes. Stephanie was really gentle at applying my lashes, and it was clear within the first 5 minutes of talking to her that she was way more knowledgeable than other beauticians I've been with in the past. read more

I found this place with a Groupon and I had a great experience here. She gives a better deal if you call and set up an appointment instead. She is very timely and professional. The salon is a little awkward because it is in a shared building but there is plenty of parking and It's easy to access. It was less painful then I usually experience. Especially since Stephanie is so personable and conversational. read more

I had a pleasant experience. The lady was very nice and easy to talk to. I didn't feel awkward even though I was getting a bikini wax. The only thing I didn't notice was there was very minimal wax residue that suck to my underwear afterwards and pulled when I got out of my car. Ouch! Overall satisfied with my experience. read more

This review is long and detailed for a reason peeps. I have lost over $200 now & want to warn others. I'm also copying and posting this for ALL the places that have pulled this on me. So, to sum it up: you are NOT going to get the service done well. 2. You're going to pay to have it redone anyway. 3. You're going to be treated like pure **** 4. Give up on the future services 5.They stand you up, squeeze you into a tiny time slot and cut the service time in half, make the appt as fast & inconvient as poss and more rude mean spirited tricks. Buyer Beware! The reviews posted are paid for, friends, relatives and only five star. Which is comical. These coupons are a scam. I also leave big tips that are much more than I need to because I'm trying to be fair yet I am treated like **** anyway. This is not acceptable business behavior and it's like I'm being punished for using a coupon. If I ever get a refund from this place for the third service I paid for in advance it will be a miracle. Women are catty but this is vindictive beyond what is acceptable. I'm really shocked Stephanie is this immature, childish and downright nasty ladies. For the owner of the salon to endorse & approve of this behavior is probably why she's going under. You better write a good review & kiss butt - or else! The students are too smart for these places thank God & spend more money to avoid this - good for you girls! Warn eachother about these local businesses too. They're like a snake Pitt! Waxing service is just horrible. She uses a strange product which leaves white residue all over. I wasted 20 min in a shower after the procedure trying to peel that "concrete" off me. 8 hours after the procedure, it is still all over my legs, sofas, chairs, car seat. Full legs waxing took 2 hours, I nearly fell asleep. 10% of my unwanted hair is still there. read more
