I also question if there was a charge on that quote to get the tires rotated and free tire repairs and yes there was. So I had that removed being I don't live local. I asked if they had time to put the tires on I was told yes. So I sat down. It took about five hours. Then I was told the man that does the complementary wheel alignment check was off that I could bring it back at another time and get that done. I asked if the next week on Wednesday would be OK and I was told yes he would be there. I went there today and I was told by a different person, They did not have time to do it. I would have to come back another day. Then I told them that I took two of my old tires with me and I was charged a disposal of $6.50 each on all four tires and that 2 tires would be used on another vehicle and I took them with me so they owed me $13 back. After I was already told I would get a refund over the phone the people there today said no. They were not nice at all. Makes you feel like once they got your money that's it. They told me I would have to come back another time. Problem is I don't live local. That's another trip for me. I could actually say I feel like Sams wholesale gave me better treatment when I purchased ties from them. Putting the tires on was much quicker. Sams gave three years roadside assistance for free. And only charge a total of $40 to put the tires on the car. Lesson learned!

Still shaking. Towed to the nastiest motel the baymont in Lafayette. Homeless haven. Check in. That was my night. The next morning. I called the hero's. Sweet man didn't mind my Cali gen at 7 am. Said they would get some one out with in the hour. And they did. The sweetest cutest young man by the name of Chance came to my rescue. He was up and under my truck seeing if he could get the spare down No such luck. But he brought me a tire. And watching him work with such professionalism and speed. Reminded me of my dad. Who weed tires. His hands were the hands of a hard working man. His entire deamor and manner was charm polite kind and empathetic. He gave me his card and said if I ever needed help no matter the time or day. To call. They would come to me. No matter where I was in the area. Gave the ok for that charge for sevice. Next day received a call from Tire Choice New Iberia to inform me that the ball joints would need to be changed.Oked that charge for service. Fast forward May 2022 Brout wifes truck in to local mechanic for abs service(replace wheel speed sensor. Mechanic informed me that soon we would need to change the ball joints they are starting to show signs of wear. Brought wifes truck back to Tire Choice New Iberia 7:30am when doors open they inform my wife that she needs an appointment that they are busy(not a sole in site with 3 guys behind the counter twittling thumbs). They decide to have a look after my wife complained and stated she would pull the tire herself for them to have a look, after approximately an hour the "tech" ask uf she tows with her truck and then says the bad ball joints are due to her driving technique!! You need new ball joints. Talked to a few people they had the same experience. One of my friends had just replaced his ball joints less than a month before and he was told the same thing. I haven't gone here in a few years now and the only reason I'm writing this is a ran into someone the other day and they told me the same story ( ball joints) pretty shady
