When I picked up my car, they had installed a large, visible hitch (chipped and rusted) and cut my bumper without my knowledge or consent. I later found out the front desk employee changed the order on her own to "save me money"--something I never approved. They eventually installed the correct hitch, but the damage was already done. My bumper now has a large, unnecessary cut that will cost me around $1,000 to repair. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to tell me the bumper would have needed to be cut anyway--which is misleading. It would not have been cut where they made the visible damage; that only happened because they installed the wrong hitch. Despite all of this being their mistake, they still made me pay half of the $200 overnight shipping to fix it. Unacceptable workmanship, poor communication, and zero accountability.

Brad completed a diagnostic confirming the starter was bad; and told me the work would be completed Friday afternoon. We went by ToyoTech Friday morning to meet Brad. We were greeted by David; and welcomed into a clean, as was the entry, waiting area until David escorted us thru a likewise clean, organized shop to meet Brad. Mid afternoon Friday, David contacted me to let me know when my car was backed out of the shop it would not shift out of reverse (automatic transmission); and they had pushed it into the shop, and back on the lift finding the shift cable casket/grommet have dried up and broken because of it's location close to the exhaust pipe. I thought this would delay my leaving until Monday for sure; but Brad said it would be ready by day's end. He worked past closing until 7:30 to make sure I could leave Friday morning. This repair facility is 12 out of 10 rivaling any luxury car dealership's service department that I've ever used. The experience renewed my enthusiasm for dealing with professional, honest, independent auto repair shops that do exceptional work for prices that are more affordable than dealerships.
