Unfortunately, my last order was scheduled for delivery on a day when no one would be available to receive the package, which meant it would remain outside my door for over 12 hours. One alternative is to have it sent to Walgreens, which is designated as a drop-off and holding location. The package was delivered to Walgreens in a cooler, with its contents packed in ice. The exterior of the package clearly states "must be refrigerated on arrival." However, Walgreens accepted the package and placed it on a shelf by the front counter at room temperature. It remained there until I returned home on Sunday, at which point I was informed that it had never been refrigerated. The company from which I purchased the medication disclaims responsibility for any issues that arise after the package leaves their facility. Exposure to room temperature can lead to contamination and spoilage of the sterile compound in the solution. Management at Walgreens informed me that they cannot be held accountable, as they merely serve as a holding station. If they are indeed a holding site, they should assume responsibility and adhere to the instructions provided on the package. Their refusal to take responsibility means I will ultimately lose the $264.00 I spent on the medication.

The store just opened about a month ago and nothing is a dollar it's usually $1.25, which they should change it to Dollar tree dollar plus tree. I found this store to be extremely clean and well stocked. They had a large variety of different items, food items, party supplies, red, white, and blue items as well as paper towels and anything you can think of that you might want they had it. The store, Dollar tree had very nice displays of colorful items when you first walked in the door. That's always a good eye Tractor and makes people go to those items to check them out. There were a few empty shelves, but with one person working the register and unloading merchandise onto the shelves. I would imagine it's very hard to do. Especially with us being a new store and people come in to investigate and look for good deals. I found what I wanted right away, but I had to walk the entire store. I believe this dollar tree store has very good potential, but I would like to see at least one person at the register and one person on the floor. They don't have to be packing merchandise out on the shelves, but they could be walking around and assisting customers. That would make the customer service experience above and beyond any other Dollar tree store or any other dollar type store. I recommend giving this place a try. And hopefully it stays as neat and clean with open aisles. I just have concern with one person being on the floor all by herself by the register. Definitely give this place a try and I think you'll be happy with how nice and clean and fresh everything is.

I always use this Walmart pharmacy drive-through and usually it's pretty speedy. They used to have…read moretwo windows and it was very quick then but now they've downsize to one window one drive-through and sometimes you have to wait quite a while. They'll be maybe four or five cars ahead of you. But I've never had any problems with them. I think this is a great Pharmacy and they always have a lot of staff on hand and they're extremely busy. If you go inside, sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer. But I like this Walgreens pharmacy. It's close to home. It's always clean, but I think their drive-through window could be cleaned up a little bit more and made to look a little more professional. As it is right now, it looks a little junkie with all kinds of papers and this and this all over it and it's like nobody has washed the window in a long time. But I recommend this Walgreens pharmacy drive-through.

Very condescending. Would not let me finish a sentence or a thought. He interrupted me repeatedly and was not listening to what I was saying at all. I let him go on and on about their process when everything he was telling me had nothing to do with what I was asking. I started off the conversation being very patient and respectful and just letting him know what I've been experiencing, trying to provide feedback, and he became extremely defensive and aggressive. It's customer service 101. When a customer or patient is giving you feedback, you shut up and TRULY listen, you have something called COMPASSION, and take accountability, and you apologize, and then you take that information to your supervisor. He literally wanted to argue with me. He went out of his way to be combative. He wanted to be confrontational. He did everything to avoid de-escalating the situation. It was wild. I'm glad that they record these phone calls because Spencer can teach everyone how to not deal with patients having a problem. This place is a disaster to put it mildly. If you can go anywhere else, do it. Every single prescription that I have filled here is a mess. It's been really bad for the last couple of years. My doctor will send in a script and for whatever reason this location will not fill it for days and it's just listed as "processing". It's just sitting there for no reason. Every single prescription I have sent in, I have to call them multiple times to make sure they are actually filling it and have it. I have to stand over them and hold their hand to keep them accountable. Even when it's out of stock, they don't inform you. It just says "processing" in the app. They do not call or text to tell you it's out of stock. I just called and asked when my prescription will be ready which should've been ready yesterday and this guy tells me that it's going to be ready in three days. Once again it's being pushed out for days for no reason. And he's like "oh we can have it ready today if you need it now". My doctor didn't just send it in for fun. Obviously I need it if my doctor is sending it to my pharmacy. I don't know if it's complete incompetence, a lack of caring, or sheer laziness, but this place has gone downhill so badly. Every time I have to have a prescription sent in I get anxious because I know it's gonna get messed up. They never apologize and they never take accountability for their actions. Spencer actually told me that Walgreens holds their patients to a higher standard after telling me in the same sentence that they are PURPOSELY delaying prescriptions that they have in stock for days to "lighten the load". Everything he said to me made zero sense and was not accurate. He first said he didn't know why it was happening, then he blamed it on the medication itself, then he blamed it on the state of Florida and how they do things. It is shocking this place stays open. They are doing the opposite of putting patients first. I'll be calling all of my doctors on Monday and switching pharmacies.

Quick insight of the situation we were stuck switching to this location when ours closed. Been at our old location over 3 years we loved them in there they were great. They were all polite both the ppl on the front and pharmacy. Now to modern day we are at this wonderful ( said with much sarcasm) Store. With this store we have had multiple issues in the pharmacy filling our meds and they never call to explain why. Which is great because with CVS if you call you do not talk to a live person immediately. They have to call you back. So with this final straw we had they said that it was to early to fill one of my husbands meds. I called for the recording since the med has not been filled in 6 months. When the pharmacist called me back he was extremely rude like I had bothered his day by leaving a message. He then proceeded to tell me he would not fill this one med since he was on another med similar. I explained he did not take that med, the other was prescribed at a different time for something else. I then asked when he would fill the med, his exact words to me were... "I don't care how long he been off them. I will never fill this med for him. " I have never had a pharmacist talk to me that way but then also over rule my physician that way. He even talked to the medical staff at the doctor office that way. Don't know if he thinks that store is to busy now with the one that closed that he can pick and choose his customers. I can tell you my new pharmacy will be just as happy to have us,and the pharmacist will have our best interest in heart not his ego.
