The staff is friendly and helpful, the stores are clean and the service is better than the competition. While this store is not completely an exception, it is definitely lacking in a few key areas. First, employees used to greet customers anytime they encounter a customer in the store. That doesn't typically happen. Online orders (sandwiches) would be correct and ready at the requested time. Hasn't been happening. 4 of the last 6 orders I have made, were not ready on time and 2 times the sandwich was not prepared correctly. Then watching the staff make sandwiches is pretty disheartening. They kinda just through the ingredients together. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pride or standard within this department and that also carries over to the attitudes of the people working in that department. More often than not I hear the folks in this department complaining about each other or others. This has been going on for months and nothing is changing. Hopefully, this store will reintroduce the Publix standard and hold start holding there employees accountable. The customers will definitely appreciate it!

At this point, it's beyond frustrating. If Publix is going to offer Instacart pickup as a service, then someone -- ideally a GM -- needs to step in and actually enforce the designated parking policy. Otherwise, what's the point? Other grocery stores don't allow this kind of thing to happen. It feels like customer convenience and safety aren't being prioritized here, and I'm honestly at the point where I'm considering canceling my Instacart membership and taking my business elsewhere. It was early in the morning and the lady working the checkout greeted me as I walked in and I asked where the ice was and she pointed me to Aisle 14. The freezers were loaded with small bags and big bags so I loaded up the cart and went to checkout. I went to the self checkout and another lady greeted me and she was even friendlier than the first. She helped me ring them up so I didn't have to take them out of the cart. I was in and out and on my way quickly. This Publix location seemed super huge in comparison to others. It had multiple entrances that were spread apart, kind of like a Walmart Supercenter. I didn't explore the store much, but based on the staff here, I may drive here from Orlando just to shop. It's worth a 2 hour drive, right?

I do have a new Publix by my house and this use to be my GoTo Publix. They are still great with the best customer service and the Passion fruit cake bar was great. Overall, this Costco is still a great place to shop--but I'm really hoping to see more variety in the future.

But I'm use to the outside bc i have to go back inside to drop my cart off after loading my groceries in the car. The nicest things about this Aldi are that the aisles are bigger. There are more doors for their items in the fridge such as where their cold cuts, cheese are. Usually that side doesn't have doors on their fridges and they are open. Only the area with the drinks, eggs, yogurt(that area) usually does. There's also a designated semi-closed in area for the self check out. It was nice and clean and organized here as well. And the parking lot is wide open with space. My biggest gripe though is the location of the carts, but it only makes sense to be where it is, so I'll just know that whenever I come back.
