All I'm gonna say is "Woah!" and I'll be driving straight there on Monday with our venison. Neither meat was overly seasoned but just perfect in flavor and added fat. I only have pictures of the bacon as I was cooking breakfast this morning. I made a fried bologna on toasted sourdough bread for lunch. Ate it too quickly to take a picture of that.

The market is very clean and the customer service was out of this world. The service was so great, that really that is what made me want to put in a review. You may pay a few pennies more for some of their products but it is SO worth it. Getting to Maplewood off of Hwy 29 can be a challenge. Just follow the signage. This market is about 5-miles west of Green Bay, but well worth the trip whether you are a first-time local or making a Packer Pilgrimage.
