    Flight in taproom.
    Christopher D.

Noble Roots was busy with some patrons who'd I characterize as a bar crowd with some choice profanity and adult conversation. This isn't a big deal but many craft breweries I visit tend to have a more family friendly environment. The taproom was small and and intimate, like a small neighborhood bar. Staff were friendly, responsive and served me my flight promptly. Their beers were good but nothing stood out as especially unique to me. The place is clean and does appear well managed.

Blink and you'll miss it, but if you miss it, you'll regret it! You'll find Green Bay's newest gem nestled off of a mainly residential area. You walk in, and it looks like an industrial/rustic space, but the decor and comfort level inside is so much more than that. The bar seating is ample for the space, but limited since every time I go there it's packed. There are tables inside for larger groups and a dog-friendly patio with tables, chairs, umbrellas and life-sized Jenga outside! The service here has always been excellent, which isn't surprising as I believe this is a family run business and the family is typically working the bar. They're kind, courteous and take their time with you if you're wanting to try a new beer and not sure what to option. They'll let you sample, and there are flights and growlers available in addition to the standard pint. They have year-round brews and some seasonal ones. My absolute favorite is this great blueberry light wheat beer, which is seasonal in the summer. We'll be back next time we swing by Green Bay!

Can I move in? In all seriousness I love this place. The inside of this place is small and very rustic. Stopped by on Friday for the release of the red sky ale. It was really refreshing I liked it a lot. My friend got a beer flight for us to all try and I think the belgian blonde ale is my favorite currently. The place filled up really fast but the bartenders were quick and we never had an issue getting another beer. The bathrooms are really clean and spacious. I am excited to stop by in the summer and try out the patio.

Love Noble Roots! Sister lives in GB and we try to stop every time we are in town. Last time I had the seasonal IPA, which I thought was really good. Their base selection of brews is very good. I like the cozy atmosphere and the dog friendly outdoor patio is very nice. We have stopped here several times and it has always been a good experience.

Noble Roots is the newest brewery in Green Bay. It's family owned as a father, son, and son in-law brew the beer. It doesn't have an obvious location as it's close to a residential area on University Avenue. The building is completely renovated and they did an awesome job. The tap room is small, intimate with a modern feel. There's plenty of seating by the bar, plus high and low tables. Apparently there's a little outdoor area, but didn't check it out as it was pretty cold that day. If you like your craft beer, you'll definitely enjoy their six different beers. They have a couple of IPAs, stout, amber ale, and my favorite was the belgian blond ale. The belgian blonde had the unique smell of bubble gum. One of the brewers said they didn't do that on purpose...hey what a fun surprise! I'm pretty excited to see what is up and coming for this promising brewery.

I really enjoyed my first time experience at Noble Roots Brewing, for a variety of reasons! The two owners, Genie and Katie did such a great job at making us feel like we were at home the second we walked in the door! While their operation is small, the quality of the beer is definitely superb. Coming from North Carolina, I couldn't help but appreciate the small home like wood log environment that these ladies provide for their guests. I left with a growler of their yummy Cardinal IPA after sampling several different beers such as their stouts and Blueberry ales. They also have a lot of merchandise for sale, including stickers! Growler fills are all based around $12, which is really fair to me! I would certainly come back any day of the week!

A quaint little space filled with great quality ales and atmosphere and large personality. I'm not a big beer fan (say it ain't so! I know! In the drinking capital of the US) but it's nice to try new things and places. So here are the bread crumbs for you to follow!

A couple decent IPAs but didn't try anything else. Loved the music they were playing and appreciated their mask preference.

Update: they put acoustic tiles in the building so the sound is much better inside when it's busy!

There's a common green turf area that would be dog friendly and good for larger gatherings with fire pits. We had a server check on us and give us great service. We ordered a few apps, hummus, baked feta, pizzas and more. The food was great and they make a decent pear old fashioned. We enjoyed the field study Hazy IPA and the stout was awesome. Great space to chill and enjoy the conversation and have some privacy as well. They have heat/AC in the cocoons to make it comfy too. Great venue and service and the beer was great!

This business makes there own Beer, wine and alcohol products where the diversity of what they make is kind of amazing considering the footprint/size of their facility. Relative to the tastings, these are free of charge where customers are encouraged to tip instead to show their appreciation for what they have been served. Duriing our trip here we tasted numerous spirits to include their house made gin, rum, vodka, Brandy, Bourbon and various flavored moonshines. I thought the liquors with the exception of the Moonshines were just OK but the moonshines were surprisingly quite good. These 60 proof drinks come across like a liquor based on the alcohol by volume content with a similar creamy texture. The flavor profiles are quite unique to anything I have ever tasted before where their flavors include Grandma's Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Orange Slice and Lemon Drop shine to name just some of them. Every Moonshine bottle we tasted was so tasty where I was really enamored with all of them and at the end of the day ended up buying the Lemon Drop and salted Caramel although it was hard to stop at just these two. Relative to the facility it has a non descript outer view where the inside comes across more of a typical bar venue more so than a winery/distillery which is a bit deceiving in my mind considering how much product they make here. No stacked wine barrels or a sneak peak of the Distillery or Barrel rooms to reinforce what this business is and add the cute ambiance you get at many of the wineries I visit. Relative to Staff, They were exceptionally friendly and good on the repours for our free tasting which definately added a lot to our tasting event. Overall a very pleasant time was had by our group where I see myself returning again in the future and sampling their other ware's and probably buying more moonshine!

We ordered quite a few appetizers to share including cheese curds, chicken wings, and bruschetta (all not pictured) and they tasted conventionally good like one would expect our of a bar or an American diner. The blueberry mojito didn't taste like mojito at all mainly because it was missing fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and probably club soda. The only thing I could taste was white rum with a hint of blueberry flavor. The alcohol taste wasn't strong, which I was more than okay with personally, but judging by the standards of a mojito, it wouldn't qualify as a mojito in my opinion. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I liked the dish overall, even though I would have enjoyed it more if there were more pieces of vegetables included. There were no performances when we were there, but I saw a jukebox inside the store, which was pretty cool. Most of the songs included were country in terms of genre, which wasn't my cup of tea, but the retro vibe of the machine being there definitely put a smile on my face.
