FEELING SCAMMED - I was planning to rent chairs from this company for my wedding. They provided me with a quote, and I paid a deposit to reserve my date. One of the first red flags was that I was never sent a contract or any terms and conditions to review or sign. After getting an uneasy feeling, I decided to read through their reviews (which I admittedly should have done beforehand). Based on what I found, I no longer felt comfortable risking a vendor potentially ghosting me or failing to show up on time for such an important event. I notified the company of my cancellation four months in advance and politely requested a refund of my deposit. Freddy informed me that the deposit was non-refundable. However, this policy was never disclosed to me, was not included in any contract, and is not listed anywhere on their website. I attempted to resolve the matter privately, but my messages ultimately went unanswered. Transparency and communication are essential when planning a wedding, and unfortunately, my experience with this company lacked both. Horrible company -- do not hire them. I would give zero stars if I could. This company completely ghosted us and failed to deliver the items we paid for for my baby shower. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and literally made me cry the day of my event -- something no pregnant woman should have to go through. We placed our order well in advance and paid everything upfront. Communication was absolutely terrible from the start. The day before the event, they never provided a delivery time or even a delivery window. We called and texted countless times with no response. Hours later, near the end of the day, they finally replied saying the bounce house had a hole in it and they didn't have a replacement. They also claimed they would deliver the remaining items between 7:30-8:30 PM. With almost no notice, we had to scramble to find another company that could provide a bounce house same day. By 10 PM, there was still no delivery and no communication. They finally showed up around 10:15 PM with less than HALF of the order we had already paid for. At that point, we had no chance to find another company the night before the event. It became obvious they never intended to deliver the rest of our order. The morning of the baby shower, someone claiming to be a friend of the company contacted us and said he could bring the missing items -- but only if we paid him separately for each one. This made no sense because we had already paid in full in advance. With only a few hours before guests arrived, we had to once again scramble to find another company that could deliver the missing items on short notice. Thankfully, the replacement company actually communicated and followed through. We have repeatedly contacted the owner requesting a refund and are still being ignored. This company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and not trustworthy. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone planning an important event read more

I was one of the bridal party members for my friends wedding, helping them work with their vendors like Woodland Party Rentals. Woodland set up a wobbly shake canopy that completely fell apart during the wedding ceremony (and it wasn't even that windy). See attached photos. They barely responded to us and when they did come, they took away the wedding arch without asking us (even though it was rented for another day) and my bubble machines (which they did not own). I booked this rental company for my wedding. They were very late for drop off, didn't call me until 2 hours later to tell me they're on their way, and they left without consulting me once everything was set up. The canopy that they setup with zip ties and only two weights had basically collapsed when some wind blew in (and injured one of my wedding guests). For a company that knows the area and is aware of the weather, I wished they would have provided some consulting or suggestions for the canopy from their experiences. When they came to take the canopy away, they took the wedding arch that we were planning on using for our photos. We also had some bubble machines that we left by the canopy that also vanished when they took everything, so it appears that not only they took things away early but they literally took some of our own items. I asked the owner for a partial refund as stated in the fourth clause, and they replied by sending me a clearly obvious multi paragraph ChatGPT response to basically say no refunds. My partner and I booked woodland party rentals to rent a canopy, wedding arch, chairs, tables, and table covers. Their response rate was sporadic, and they showed up late and didn't let us know that they would be late until two hours after the original drop off time. The canopy that was setup was held together by Zip ties and only two weights, once we had some mild wind blow in, the canopy fell apart and injured one of our wedding guests. As a company in the area, I am surprised they set up such a wobbly structure that could not withstand mild wind. We reached out to them to remove the canopy, and they took the arch even though we booked it for two days and wanted to use it for photos. When we asked for a partial refund which was stated in their policy, they literally gave us a chatGPT response to say no. Really disappointed with this company.
