When i got back to our hotel, I realized one side of my hair was about half an inch longer on one side than the other. (Never had this happen back home but I'm not usually an angry person and thankfully still in town decided to go back to have them fix it) I go back and the stylist I had was off for the day so someone else fixed it, no charge as it should be. Get back to my hotel for a SECOND TIME. It is now shorter on the other side. I will wait until I get back home to get it fixed correctly rather than them continuing to hack at it until it's too short.

There was a person (not sure if employee or patron) talking about taking her daughter to a concert a few years back and apparently there was a confrontation. She then proceeded to continue the conversation with my stylist, describing her summer wardrobe and plans on going to another concert. There was no problem with the cut, but feel there should have been a more professional environment and a little more focus from my stylist. Probably won't be returning.
