If I could give them a -0 I would. My sister and I are having our pictures professionally done tomorrow and my sister booked a pedicure, manicure and nails to be done to the both of us. On Monday I told my sister that I did not want the pedicure or the manicure I just wanted to get my nails done. She called Misbehaven on Monday I canceled the pedicure and manicure for me and told them to just do my nails. On 10/15/25 the day of my appointment I went in there and sat down and the first thing she asked was what color did I want and she showed me a pink color. She said that color was what most customers went with. I told her that I wanted a french tip nails medium length and she told me that I was not there for nails I was there for a pedicure and a manicure. Keep in mind that my sister called on Monday and canceled the pedicure and manicure for me. I asked the lady if she had time to do my nails and she said no. So I canceled my appointment along with my sister's appointment. So I drove to MS Nails across from Cascade and they did my nails in 40 minutes and they did a wonderful job. read more

Meh. I went in for bridal hair August 12, 2024. The salon was friendly, clean and accommodating. So 5 stars for that. I asked for a chignon bun for my wedding day hair and Hailey did a great job but it wasn't a chignon. I feel like I what she did with my hair wasn't worth the $200 they were charging. She rolled my hair in a bun milder thing (don't know the name of those) and stuck about 50 Bobby pins in it, put some hair spray on it and called it done. When I went back to our venue I showed my mom and she said "that isn't what you asked for." I feel like I could've done my hair like the way she did or maybe even better. I had fly sways and everything. Nothing was smoothed down. I cannot speak about the other services they provide, but I wouldn't come back here for styling again. I'm glad I had my makeup done by an MUA located in Pasco. Unfortunately I don't recommend this place for bridal hair. read more

This salon offers friendly small town service with big city salon results! I completely mixed up when my appointment was and ended up coming in a day early. I don't even know if I actually booked it correctly online (one of those days), but the friendly lady at the front desk was able to magically squeeze me in for a last minute haircut! My hair stylist was a sweet girl named Nagali who was a blast to talk with! I just wanted a trim to clean up my rather boring blunt haircut and left feeling like a supermodel. Nagali made my hair feel healthy, luscious and lively again. She even sent me home with a sample of one of her favorite conditioners to try at home. My jaw almost dropped at how affordable the haircut was. I use to pay TWICE as much for the same exact service in Seattle!!! The salon is literally a renovated barn (SO Walla Walla!) that has been transformed into a hip salon that offers a variety of services. Really great atmosphere and awesome service! I cannot stop running my fingers through my hair. You've got to try misbeahaven for your next beauty appointment. read more

I called to cancel and the receptionist told me since I didn't cancel 24 hours in advance next time I have to give them my credit card when I book. Very disappointed in the staff at Misbehaven. I make my appointments weeks in advance. Today I had a facial and pedicure that have been scheduled for 10 weeks. TEN! Last week the facial was canceled due to unexpected travel. Understandable. These things happen. Yesterday I received the confirmation text for my pedicure, which I affirmed. However, today when I arrived I was told that my pedicure appointment had been canceled along with the facial even though it was with a different technician and I had confirmed it yesterday. The salon's response? "Sorry...nothing we can do." BTW...I leave in 4 days for a cruise. In a small town, its hugely disappointing for a business to take this stance. They have lost a customer. The staff is so nice here! I had a gel manicure and they were accommodating. The appointments were running behind but they didn't rush it or anything. Overall was happy with the color selection/options. The place itself is so cute! My manicure didn't turn out great unfortunately, but maybe it was just unlucky which technician I got. The polish is on my skin, shape is different on every nail, and the whole situation seemed like she wasn't sure what she was doing. Very nice though. If I go back I will probably try to get a recommendation of someone specific to go for getting a manicure. read more

I had been going to Misbehaven for 2 years but after waiting for over 30 minutes for my first appointment, rescheduling for later in the week and then finding out a couple hours beforehand my stylist doesn't work on that day I have switched salons. I've gotten many haircuts here and I always love the way my hair turns out. I have had several massages here and almost all of them have been wonderful. I had one massage (with a masseuse who is longer there) where I was sore for a week after). I have gotten one manicure here; it was a beautiful color but it chipped the next day. Pros: a very nice waiting area with water; coffee; tea; and cookies, stylists remember you, and they always do a good job. Cons: they have been behind for every single appointment I've had (5-30 min), expensive, inexperienced receptionists, and they try too hard to sell products. My advice: skip it and find a less expensive place. read more

I don't write reviews too often. I usually do only if I have outstanding experiences somewhere and I try to if I have an awful experience. Unfortunately, my experience with manicures/pedicures at Misbehavin falls into the latter category. I'm a local in Walla Walla but I don't get manicures or pedicures done really frequently, I just don't have that kind of expendable income. But I have had two pedicures and a manicure at Misbehvin. The first pedicure was a disaster. The technician was brand new and messed up the polish three times (and had to start over three times!) It ended up looking much worse that what I would do at home plus the experience was super awkward because the poor technician clearly got really rattled (she almost cried the third time she had to do the polish, I felt awful!). It was not at all relaxing as a result and not worth it. So, I was very reticent to return. But a friend's birthday took me in again for a set of pedicures for her gift. That went fine, in fact it went well. I had a technician named Rachel. I'd recommend her. Then, when I called a few months later to get a manicure (my nails had been peeling and I wanted to give Rachel a chance to give me some advice), Rachel was unavailable because she was gone on maternity leave. Ok, no problem they said. I told them about my issue from the first visit (not liking my technician and how inexperienced she was) and they promised to pair me with someone with Rachel's level of experience. I went in, had a good experience with the new (now my third) technician and she and I made a plan for my nails. I did a gel manicure for the visit with the plan of returning in a month to get it removed and try a new strengthening treatment they have. Yay! Except, then I get a call from the salon a week before my appointment and a message on my voicemail. The third technician I tried has now left Misbehavin. So, they cancelled my appointment and casually told me to call if I wanted to reschedule. I'm really frustrated because I would not have made the manicure plan for my nails with this new (supposedly advanced and as a result, I assumed, permanent) technician. Even if the salon can't help staff leaving, they certainly could have offered me something more from my awful first experience with the new technician. And they could have handled the more recent departure better, especially considering I had one bad experience in their salon, reported it, and was willing to consider becoming a regular customer again. So now I have to go find someone else to work on my nails because I'm just not sure I'll return to Misbehavin. Most importantly, they made me feel like my business isn't important to them. And that sucks, especially since they're in the business of making people feel valued and relaxed. read more

It breaks my heart that I now live 5 hours away from Misbehaven. When I was in college, I used to get my hair done here on the rare occasions that I had time to go home for few days. And I would be lying if I didn't say part of my excitement about seeing my parents at Thanksgiving this year was knowing I could get my hair done at Misbehaven. I believe I've seen six or so different stylists, and all of them are amazing! You can't go wrong no matter who you see. I've been going to Misbehaven for a few years now and am pretty happy about it granted I don't do very much outside a trim and thinning. They have a lot of hairdressers so it's easy to get an appointment although I usually go to the same person. I quite like the Misbehaven atmosphere and look is nice. It's that they switch up their wall decorations around each station every so often. I also like the big open feel of the main room and loved how they renovated the place. They always offer a drink when I come in and they have magazines to thumb through as you wait. They also have a lot of products for sale in the waiting room area. I'm not sure how all the prices compare to other places though. read more

The reason for my visit to Misbehaven was to replace a horrible mani-pedi that I got from another, smaller place, in Walla Walla. Truly a sloppy job. While I hated that I had just dropped a bunch of dollars on the same service, it was *so bad* that I was willing to spend more to fix it. While being able to get an appointment on short notice is nothing more than coincidence, what came after prompted me to write this review. 1) I was greeted warmly, not awkward-friendly. 2) The atmosphere was happy chatter between clients and staff, with a sound system that was just enough above background to be easy to listen to while never intruding on conversation or mood. 3) I got a manicure & pedicure that was neither rushed nor tedious, of superior quality and left the salon relaxed, energized and completely satisfied with the experience and service. Kami did a wonderful job, working purposefully, calmly, and carefully. With easy conversation, skilled and efficient use of the manicure tools, etc., she never, ever, made me feel like she was rushing me through the process to get to the next client. What a treat! I have been going to Misbehaven for four years now. My Stylist is AMAZING, as is my Chiropractor. So blessed to have found them both!! The staff there, are always smiling and helpful ESPECIALLY during these trying times. The Management has changed so many things to make their clients safe, which I appreciate so much. When they opened back up after being closed for so long...they got me in as soon as possible. I am so very grateful that I no longer have Covid hair! . I've been here a few times after I heard several girls in my school talking about it. It's apparently the best salon in Walla Walla. The first time I went there, my hair stylist was Ashley and she was pretty new at the job. She did an okay job but not worth $35 (without tip). The second time I went there was with Kacey and she did a really good job. She understood the texture of my hair and worked with it well. I also got my eyebrow waxed there with Esther. Kami did my daughters hair styling for her senior prom my daughter was very happy with it. Then she did her make up and did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend her. My daughter then went to her boyfriends prom and Kami was only available for makeup, my daughter had to have her because she was so impressed with the first time she did her makeup. I would have given this salon 10 Stars based on my stylist alone. I'm giving it a one-star and I think that is a compliment due to my last experience with management. I started going to the salon when I lived in Walla Walla. After moving I would still drive from Portland Oregon, Missoula Montana, Cle Elum Washington just to see my stylist. Last time I was there I purchased my usual hair products and after getting home I realized they gave me the incorrect product. (Living in Portland at this time.) Not a problem, I thought I will just return it when I drive back for my next hair appointment. Like I said I would drive hours and would be happy to do so. This would usually have me staying a night in town due to the length of the drive but I loved my hair stylist. (So this was an expensive color and cut!) When I went for my next appointment I brought the wrong product they gave me to return for the correct one and they would not let me exchange it due to the fact I had it for longer than 30 days. Due to their policy. I understood that but I was sure that they would understand the circumstances. My hairstylist didn't have any say in the situation, it was up to management. Manager on duty was rude, couldn't care less. I've been making this drive for years, purchasing products only from them and they wouldn't exchange a simple unopened bottle still in the bag. I am still in mourning that I lost my hairdresser. But I will not support a business that could care less about the customer. Just unbelievable. I hope this gets to the owners. Lori read more

I voiced to the therapist that she was hurting me and she said she thought I was shaking because I was cold...
