DO NOT get the deluxe pedicure. They advertise a lotion massage, a sea salt massage, and callus removal. I am not exaggerating when I say they lightly rubbed both of my calves for a total of 40 seconds- I timed it. The callus removal was like an exfoliation, nothing was really solved there.. $10 for an extra 4 minutes of light service is not worth it. I asked them about it after and they kept saying it's not about the time spent on it. Total for the Gel Pedicure was $65, which is the same as my place in Bellingham Washington, that actually gives you a massage maybe 8 minutes total- for both legs, and a shoulder massage. Bellingham Washington is a relatively expensive area compared to Walla Walla Washington, yet this is the service you get for what you pay. Tell me if this makes any sense. read more

They appear complaint with health regulations and offer a number of options in pedicures, including organic. Customers service is so-so since no effort is made to connect with the clients. 1. The cost of getting a fill was more expensive than it was when I got my acrylic nails two weeks prior. And they did not offer, or provide a had massage. 2. The employees speak loudly across the shop in their native language, and only speak with broken English when talking directly to me. Would rate this 0 if I could!!! I went here and it was the worst experience I have ever had getting a pedicure. My feet were in the water for 1-2 minutes during this entire pedicure. I tried to put them back in while she was working on the opposite foot but she would grab my foot. I got a deluxe pedicure that was anything but deluxe. They used pedicure equipment (file, clippers, buffer, etc.) that was already used. And even used, used toe dividers. It was very gross!! She barely removed my callus and cuticles. She also put the tip of the cuticle oil on my toes that had not been properly sanitized. This place is just spreading bacteria. I would not recommend this place to anyone. she also rushed painting my toes. She did 2 coats of a sheer glitter polish and got it on my skin. NAIL TECHS MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND PROVIDED A PAINFUL EXPERIENCE: This is my first time leaving a review because I feel that clients need to be aware of the experience you may receive. If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment to have my acrylics removed and add a gel polish color. When I showed up the main nail tech said she didn't really have time for me. She INITIALLY attempted to rip my powder acrylics off with an acrylic nail which is painful without soaking in alcohol. After I told her her I was in pain she made fun of me? If I wanted my nails ripped off I would have done that for free at home. This nail salon is not hospitable in any way and I did not feel welcomed at all. I recommend LT Nails in Walla Walla with Annie instead. She actually has common decency and will take care of you. The only reason I went to Savy nails is because they had an opening day of. HORRIBLE!! Went in for a scheduled mani and pedi. I was informed that they had no time for my mani. Horrible pedicure, the polish looks like a child did it. She also threw lotion on my leg and didn't rub it in so I had to finish after they were done. So I made an appointment for the following day for a gel manicure. My friend and I went here to get our eyebrows waxed. Since they're new to town, they had 20% off of everything, so it was only $8 (instead of $10). Not bad, right? We had to come twice because the lady who does eyebrow waxing had already left for the day (5 pm?), so we made a lunch appointment for the next day. Each time we came, there was at least one person getting their nails done, so the air was well perfumed with the smell of nail polish... The place seems well decorated enough; not classy, but functional. When we got our eyebrows done, we walked to a room in the back where we lay down. The lady, who was very nice and had been doing this for a "long time" just started with the waxing. No questions or anything - which was slightly unnerving for someone who has never had their eyebrows waxed! She was quite quick though and the redness disappeared in less than an hour for me (tan) and in a day for my friend (not as tan). Our eyebrows were thinned out a bit much, but they had fair shape. It's been about three weeks since I went in for a pedicure here - today I lost some toe nails (YES, entire toe nails!) in which my doctor said it was from my most recent pedicure since I have not undergone any trauma and I have a severe toenail fungal infection. First off, we were there for my best friend's wedding and they were SO rude, saying they didn't have our reservation, even though we had the call records of how long we talked to them and who we called - they denied that it was even there phone number. I went in for a fill with French tips, after telling them I didn't want a new set or shellac the appointment went down hill quickly to do my fill counting the paint it took 15 minutes. Worst pedi ever! I got the ultimate pedi and the entire thing took 11 minutes. she only cut a few toenails, barely did any cuticle trimming, and hardly ran a nail file over them. She didn't even let the hot wax dry completely before taking it off so I am at home still peeling the wax off myself. She used a TON of lotion and didn't rub/massage it in fully so I had to do it myself. With the polish, she did it so fast so now I have the edges of my toenails without any polish. She did no callous removal and just sat in the back instead of checking me out. I could have totally walked out without paying if I wanted. I had to ask one of the other ladies that was with a client if I could pay. They used to do a decent job. Would NOT recommend!!! read more

I was in town with friends for a wine tasting weekend and three of us decided to get pedicures. We looked for a walk-in place with pedicure chairs and ended up selecting Savy Nails. All three of us where completely underwhelmed by the experience. I will say that the salon appeared to be clean which can be hit or miss. All three of us thought our nail technicians were poor to fair, especially for the price they were charging. Right off they tried to sell us some sort of add on which seemed completely unnecessary and sort of scam-ish. The pedicure technician never really looked up or said anything the whole time and he seemed to rush the entire process. He used a callous removal grate type tool without ever applying callus removal lotion first. It was the worst pedicure I have had in a really long time. I went to have a fill today. I asked to have my nails cut down no more that the grow out. She cut my nails so short the are barely over my fingertips (and a couple aren't even that long)!! When I came back to the table after washing my hands the tech had went to the waxing room and was waxing customers who had just arrived which I thought was very rude. I have had shellac 5+ times at another place and it has always stayed on for 8+ weeks. After 3 weeks of Savy's shellac all my nails are chipped or have peeled off. The pedi was $25 - over priced for just cut, file and a 30sec massage on each leg. I got French tip which was an additional $5 & she didn't ask me if I wanted thick or thin lines, which wouldn't be a big deal if the pedi wasn't so minimal. The first time I came here I must have lucked out because my nails were fairly nice. I got them done just because I felt like getting them done for spring. But this time I went to Savy Nail and Spa because I needed my baila done for a banquet..but I'm not sure I'll be back. I wanted black and gold nails to match my dress. It started out well when I picked the colors but then she started filing my nails. I had to point out that one of my nails was completely crooked. So she went back and slightly fixed it. She painted them and did not even paint enough coats of black that you can partially still see through it. The tips of my nails weren't properly painted and she missed some of the sides. She dried my nails, supposedly because I walked out of the salon and my nails rubbed against my pants and now I have black paint on them. Point is, I'm not sure I'll be back. They didn't do a very good job, I didn't get a massage, he didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut, which I didn't, they were already short. Now they are super short. My daughter & I arrived from out of town and Savy Nails was the only shop that had openings for us. I got a fill and my daughter got a manicure with shellac. This was the fastest appointment I have ever had. There were pros and cons to this. I didn't feel like the girl who did my nails was as thorough as she could have been but it wasn't a bad job. My daughter's nails looked beautiful and the technician did a great job on hers. I'm only giving three stars because it was extremely expensive. $70 for the both of us. $80 after tip!
