They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. He made sure all the mains were off then showed us that we still had a live wire cooking away in there. Most likely nothing would have happened because we weren't going to mess with it but you never know.
