We…read morecould not however, come to an agreement on his insistance we sign a 12 month contract whereby he could cancel penalty-free with 30 day notice, however if we cancelled, we would pay a 3 month service fee penalty. Lawns in Georgia do not need cutting in Winter months! Very lopsided deal in my view, especially for a young entrepreneur trying to build a business. We explained we would most likley cancel service a few times over the Winter when no lawn service was required, howevr he was insistant on being paid the monthly contract rate. In any event, we wish him well in his endeavours.
