Men's seems to be in the basement. They also have men's and women's lounges, as well as lounges where everyone can go. Upon walking in they have a wall of shoe racks for you to put your shoes and change into their slippers. I love this arrangement. It makes the whole spa experience feel homey. The massage was short. The cuticles barely touched. But the worse was the polish. On one of my toes the nail polish was soo caked up that never truly dried. It was too thick. Just the level of knowledge of how to apply nail polish is not there. The next day it was all ruined up and I had to buy nail polish remover and redo the whole pedicure myself.
