Entrance to Trail Dust Town is also free, and as we began exploring, plenty of families and visitors started to trickle in. The decor is outstanding and it truly felt like walking through the Wild West. We enjoyed browsing the general store, where we found vintage Beanie Babies, listening to Christmas music, and checking out themed decor from places like the old apothecary, even if some areas weren't accessible. Just a heads up: there's only one restroom in the entire area, located inside the restaurant. Overall, it was a great place to explore, and I'm glad we checked it out!

By the way, if you're interested in that information, I found them under a little leaf market on social media. this was a really great experience and the day was super beautiful. There were snacks and drinks available in the gift shop although we didn't get any because they weren't any non-dairy options. There's lots of attractions like games, carousel, a train ride and lots to explore. We weren't here for very long, so I don't have much to say, but the experience overall was good, interactions with the staff was kind of interesting, but outside of that we would totally visit again!

First time at Old Tucson! This place is a Tucson classic…read more Old Tucson is a historic film studio and Western-themed attraction located just outside Tucson, and it was originally built in 1939 for the movie "Arizona." Over the years, it has been a major filming location for various Western films and has been preserved as an old Western town for the public to visit. The summer night markets have begun with free parking and admission. There are various vendors selling their crafts and food, and it's nice to be able to support a local establishment and vendors.

Sooo... this was WEIRD. There was a bunch of people who pulled up to visit Old Tucson (a…read moreWestern-themed movie lot/ Knott's-esque attraction) and the staff ran away and hid from us. I'm talking over 50 people wanting to buy tickets and enter the gift shop, only to be shut out by the staff. There was a weird "back in 10 mins" sign and the ticket booth never opened. This was a disappointment considering the good things I heard from Tucson locals. Prices are posted on my pic, but it's about $35 per person (5 years and up). We opted for taking a couple pics in front of the park and left. We didn't have time to wait around. I saw people express disappointment that the park was particularly decked out either, they mentioned a "Yuletide" theme but it looked like standard Western fare. We weren't there for a Christmas event, I just wanted ghost town pics, guess not. Thank you... next.
