This is a great place for kids of all ages, as well as active parents. If you aren't as active , they allow you to go on to the floor as an observer which is really ideal. I dont like going to places where you have to pay just to "observe". They always have great music playing. Smart to have water fountains for patrons to stay hydrated without having to pay extra just for water. Music choice is always superb and awesome to listen to while watching the kiddos enjoy themselves. I haven't tried one yet but I like that they also offer massage chairs so the parents can enjoy themselves too. I appreciate all the hand sanitizer stations on the floor. The employees here are pretty observant and have great attitudes. There's nothing wrong with this place in my opinion but if I could make a recommendation, perhaps adding more options to the snack counter. Other than that I enjoy coming here. I just want to say this place is super unprofessional, an employee called my son a slur. He had curly head and smelt terrible, this happened when we came and my son just told me because he did not want to go back. He also overheard the employees talking about drinking and driving which is not okay! The bathrooms are very disgusting as well, I did love this place but unfortunately i will noy be coming back. These employees need to be better trained and should not be calling kids slurs or saying things about drinking and driving, smoking and slurs while working around children, this is unacceptable. So I had a few hiccups just trying to get here. The staff was SO helpful in allowing me to use the tickets I originally purchased even though we came two days later. I did call immediately and work it out of course. They would have refunded me and then I could just repurchase but their system wasn't working. I was a little concerned but Connor and Arianna handled my inability very well. This place is clean and the requirement for grip socks is a big plus in my book. We did have to sign 14 parts of a personal injury waiver but this is a trampoline park so I expected that. They have several meme era of staff stationed throughout the course. There is a zip line, a massive, spinning javelin thing, places from which kids can toss themselves I to huge pits of foam blocks and pretty much all the bouncy spots you'd expect. It is very chilly in here which is wonderful because these kids are working up a sweat. They have a little concession stand and the slurpee machine actually works! Shocker! I can hardly find working machines anywhere in Tucson. They do parties, there's a big parking lot and it looks like they support summer camps and field trips. Looking for a great way to tucker out your kids? This place will do it! My 3 and 6 year olds had a blast there for a birthday party. We also went when they were younger, and thought it was pretty pricey for how long you were there, but definitely worth it if the adults don't have to jump. My 6 year old was fine, but I was a little worried about my 3 year old as they do little supervising with rowdy older kids so you have to watch them closely. Overall, this place is pretty cool. It has way more to offer than Get Air. Comfortable seating options for the "observers" all over the room. Disappointed about the hamster balls (not sure what they call them there, but the large clear balls you crawl into and then roll around). They weren't out and when I asked why I was told that a couple had broken so they weren't going to bring ANY of them out at all. So, you are paying for the time and then they have figured out how to nickel and dime everything else. Defy was just as fun for us adults as it was the children. We took four girls ages 10,7,6, and 5. We all had a blast. There is so much to do. They have food and drinks off to the side. The food was a bit pricey but good and convenient. You pay for time slots when you first arrive. Anyway I saw them on a post in FB and I went to their website and it says it will open Aug 3. 1.)Went August 3 but apparently been open for 3 days- advertisement seems confusing. 2.) I have boys but their kids sock are all looking girly and my boys ended getting the adult sock because that was the only one that looks boyish. 3.)was trying to buy a coffee but their one and only machine wasn't working to think that they said they been open for 3 days. 4.) all their RESTROOMs wasn't working. Any place that will entertain my kids and use up all their energy to go straight to sleep is a win in my book! Bonus: the 18 month old does not pay! I've been here a couple of times on a Saturday and on a Sunday. Both times there were a lot of people but it was an orderly chaos. The referees were keeping a close eye. My 18 month old was running around so much I needed to get the socks just to fetch him from the trampolines. There's a one jumper per square rule so they can't get hurt. I thought my 4 yo would be scared but the foam and cushions make him feel more confident and unstoppable. I saw people of ALL ages enjoying the trampolines and the lounge chairs for parents all over the arena and snack area were also nice and comfy. Keep your socks and bri g em back every time. COVID-19 protocols are nonexistent. In the two hours we spent there we observed staff consistently not enforcing the mask mandate. There was literally zero sanitizing of equipment - though they did give everyone hand sanitizer before entering the play area. They are calculating capacity numbers based on number of jumpers, not total persons in the building, which is grossly insufficient. Overall, while it is a fun (albeit expensive) place to spend an afternoon with kids, the COVID-19 protocols mention on their website and signage in the facility are not being put into practice. We were incredibly disappointed and ended up pulling our kids out early because of the issues mentioned above. read more

Amazing place! Yes it is like 80$ for a family of four, but it was a neat experience! It tuckered my kids out and we all know how hard that can be... they had a great experience and would definitely recommend! My fiancé and I also jumped with the kids! It was a blast, many things to do! It was as exhausting as my workout classes! They have drinks and snacks with plenty of hand sanitizer all over the gym with employees. Not much social distancing and if your concerned with the pandemic, I wouldn't recommend. Unfortunately it's a kids gym, there's only so much they can do. My son spends over two hours each time on the parkour wall. There is much to do besides just jump, including zip line, climbing walls, slack lines, etc. Children need physical mastery and if parents help encourage them by being interested when the child says, "watch me, mom!", the child will be very motivated to build their skill levels to show off for you. The other review saying children don't jump for very long...that could be because they need you to watch. My son knows that he can work on his skills while he's there, and then I'll spend the last half hour dedicated solely to watching him. IT WORKS. read more
