Then they wanted to tell us after we called them and told them that they used flammable paint right next to where caught on fire. John Wise Ford Review 2025…read more Five-Star Service Once Again! As expected, our service experience at John Wiese Ford was excellent. I called on Monday and was able to get a Tuesday 11:15 AM appointment for an oil change. Aaron was very polite and professional on the phone and in person. While the service was being done, we went for a walk and received a timely call informing us that our vehicle needed a new battery, windshield wipers, and filters -- none of which surprised us. I gave the go-ahead for the work to be completed. When we returned to the customer service waiting area, we appreciated being able to relax and watch Fox News. A gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) came out to explain the issues and let us know everything was almost finished. He was polite, informative, and helpful. We live in Florida during the winter and spend our summers on Lake Osakis and in Bloomington visiting our family, and for the past two years we always bring our vehicle to John Wiese Ford for service.
