Peppa Pig Theme Park - Amazing splash pad!

The theme park is very cute and clean with lots of fun entertainment perfectly geared towards children 2-9 in my opinion. The suggested age online is 1-7. All of the rides are relatively short waits with less than 10 minutes for each. This is great because kids have such short attention spans. The rides are very appropriate for toddlers. They are similar to a carnival in my opinion. They have simple motion with lots of cute Peppa Pig theming. The best part of the day was certainly the splash pad. Our kids really loved the slides. Make sure you don't have zippers on your kids swimsuits, they do not allow zippers and will make you cover up or change. For food and drinks there is a restaurant but I highly suggest bringing your own foods and drinks. The prices are a little crazy in my opinion but on par with other theme parks. To me Peppa Pig is very sensory friendly. I would highly suggest for a child with sensory needs. My only complaint about Peppa Pig Theme Park is the lack of misters and fans throughout. Despite having a splash pad and shaded areas it's still very hot inside. Especially at the security check in area. Make sure you bring some fans. I would still return until my kids are sick of it. Great experience.

If this had been our first Disney cruise, I'm not sure that I would rush out and do another one, truth be told. On our previous cruises, everyone we encountered on the staff, from the Check In crew at the port to the stewards, to the random Cast Members we would come across around the ship, was friendly and welcoming. Here the staff seemed harried and tired, like we caught them at the end of a very tough shift and they had nothing left to give. While the food was still excellent, the service was not at the same level as our previous cruises. We simply adored our dining teams on the Magic and the Dream; taking pictures with them at the end of the cruise. This time, with Jonathan and Carlos, it was very transactional. There was no connection or anything engaging with the team. They were certainly pleasant but the Disney magic was lacking. Our room steward, Arawan, was efficient, but I only ever saw him twice: Shortly after we boarded and the last night of the cruise when we were preparing our luggage for disembarkation. He certainly kept the room clean, so I do appreciate that! However I noticed some things, maintenance-wise in the room that displayed a lack of Disney's attention to detail, such as some rust spots in the bathroom. I would expect that from Norwegian, but definitely not from Disney. One night at the hot tub there was a guy openly vaping and staff only came over to tell him the hot tub was closing, not that he could not smoke in this area of the boat. At some of the trivias in the various entertainment venues, we either got inundated with offers for drinks or completely ignored, there was no in-between! In addition, staff broke my husband's luggage. Points to them for trying to fix it and sending an apology basket, but now that we are back on land, he has to spend time and energy filing a claim for the damage and going through that whole process. Hopefully we recapture the magic on our next Disney cruise, as the Fantasy is my least favorite of our cruises so far.

Then the girl backed away from me and refused to answer me or explain further, the girl with the long hair stepped in and actually helped. When I was done with the waiver, I stupidly went to the girl with the bun thinking that she was going to help me but she gave me nasty attitude so the other girl helped. I should have been given more attention when downloading the waiver and not given the attitude and silent treatment from the girl in the bun. The park was amazing, food was awesome please don't change a thing as far as the food goes.

Outdoor pool that is often closed when I am here. Now the negative. The floors in the room are consistently filthy. There is tile in the bathroom and by the entrance. My bare feet turn black from walking on it. I let management know each time, and I'm told it's the cleaners they have to use from the franchise. But take a look at what a towel wet with water brings up, on my last several stays, each towel a different stay. PreCOVID they had a different cleaning staff, and the hotel was immaculate. And we were out of the hotel during the daytime when the workers were at their noisies. We had a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel is set back from the street (behind the Dennys), so noise wasn't a factor. There was ample parking around the hotel. The room and everything was clean. The hallways looked newly redone -- fresh carpeting and new paint. Everything worked well in the room. I always enjoy having a d as mall refrigerator. There were extra outlets between the queen size beds for our phone chargers. Checkin and checkout were smooth. The staff at the front desk were welcoming. The (included) breakfast was good -- eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc etc. There was a coffee dispenser by the front desk should you wish a cup anytime. We'd stay here again.
