Unfortunately, the place where I made the purchase from was not helpful, so I decided to seek help elsewhere. I found Computer Doc thru an online search, and I am SO thankful that I did! John is the owner, and he responded promptly to my call. I deeply appreciated that he actually listened to me (very hard to find these days!) explain the issues the computer was having, and also regarding the unfortunate experience I had with the store I purchased the computer from. He was able to fix the problems right away, and for a reasonable rate. But the best part is that my computer is now working beautifully! This is such a blessing because I am a small business owner, and this is the middle of holiday season. If I could give Computer Doc a 10-Star rating, I would! I'd put off replacing it since my phone was working fine, but even rice didn't save it. Noah waited on me and he was kind and non-judgmental as I explained my teary eyes. He got the info he needed from my phone, went to look in back and praise God, it was the last one in stock! He told me how long he needed to fix it and it works great now. Went in with my laptop to have Firefox data restored. When this happens Firefox leaves an "Old…read moreData" file on your desktop. I asked Alex the tech to restore the data, and brought him the directions to do this from MOZILLA he said it would cost $. Left for 2 days and nothing was done. WhenI went to get it he accused me of using AI or chat to find the fix. NO Alex it was MOZILLA who showed you how to fix it. Left and brought to another shop and just like that he opened my "old data" file and pasted it into my current Firefox. Took about 4 minutes, and he did not charge me. You may be good with tiny screws and replacing screens but not so much on IT problems. You were rude.

However, the phone protector they sold me is some kind of cheap stretchy rubber and it is not clinging to the phone. It only lasted about 10 months. The last one I had was a lot cheaper and it came from Walmart. It was a hard material. I never had any issues with my screen cracking either. This one already has a crack. I don't think the protector was worth the money. Buy one elsewhere
