I ended up buying another pop socket (which worked out because I gave the first one I bought to my stepdad). I was so happy I didn't get stuck with the car mount of have to pay more out of pocket to return it. He didn't have to do that for me, but he did, so I'm grateful. Because of that, they get to keep their five star rating. Sidebar: this location is considered a "cellular sales" store, not a full Verizon Wireless.
