Ok. I had a horrible experience at T-Mobile on 518/by 288. But I took a 15 minute drive to this store and wow what a difference. Anthony the manager not only has a wonderful personality, his customer service is excellent. I watched him and Justin treat everyone like royalty. He even got my phone bill reduced by $20.00. I just purchased a iPhone 11 from this wonderful store. I highly recommend Anthony, Justin and the rest of these professionals when you are looking to upgrade or purchase a phone. I want to send them a sincere heartfelt thank you. Remember if you go one place and aren't treated respectfully, jump in your car and drive down the road. We all deserve respect, especially when we are making purchases. read more

This is officially my 'Go-To' store. The staff is very attentive and knowledgable. I've never been given misinformation or felt like I was taken advantage of like I have in a couple of the other Tmobile stores. They really do seem to have my best interest in mind. read more

There was a day I went to this store multiple times in one day trying to figure out something with my family plan and having to go back home to decide if we were going to do it. My mom and I visited 3 times in one day and not only did they take all the proper precautions with covid 19 including seeing us outside and everyone wearing masks but Justin was SUPER helpful and so friendly. Customer service at T-Mobile is always exceptional wether it's the over the phone representatives or in person. Justin somehow didn't grow tired of us visiting multiple times and taking up his time. Lol. Highly recommend T-Mobile and this store in particular. They are very thorough and friendly. Makes my day speaking to the staff. read more

Told me my phone was defective and to take it back to the location I purchased it from (closed due to Covid), then to call around and find my own replacement phone, as they did not have one in stock. Called customer service forwarded to LG, just needed to click update on LG Switch App. read more

Punchline: Go to the other t-mobile store on 518/Broadway. It's a better experience. Review: every time I go to this store I leave disappointed. I guess a little "shame on me" for giving them multiple second chances. Once, they had me go through the whole upgrade routine (almost 1/2 hour) just to tell me they didn't have any of that model in stock - not just the specific one I asked for, none of that model. Colossal waste of everyone's time. Turns out, this is the best experience I've ever had with them. Staff can come across rude and hide behind corporate bureaucracy when knowledgeable customers ask questions. If you just need general merchandise (or have no other choice!), this store could work for you. If it was me (and it will be going forward) I would drive the extra couple miles and go to the other nearby t-mobile store (on 518/Broadway) to get treated right. It may be smaller and have fewer workers, but you won't get the run around. read more

Here to pay a bill, here for over an hour for a 2 minute transaction!!! Their customer service procedures are less then efficient for those just here to pay a phone bill. Just experienced very bad customer service. I came to pay my bill because they switched me to paperless pay without my consent..No problem I came over to pay my bill here and in the process of paying it I was offered a great promotion that included a hot spot. I was told my bill would be cheaper at least slightly cheaper because of the promotion they were having, but turns out that my bill is not only higher but the hotspot's gigabytes run out immediately... I use to have 3.0 and my gigabytes lasted the whole month on my phone most of the time.. Now that I was 5.5 gigabytes, they run out before the month is over.. I was offered a promotion that was false by Daniela Rios... She is the one that stated our bill would be cheaper, but at the end of the day we ended up paying even more... SALES FRAUD :-( the male representative that tried to "assist" us today also talked to me like I was "stupid." read more
