A lot of the buttons didn't work because of it and the screen was a fluorescent color. All the issues were fixed by cpr when leaving my phone bag of rice could only do so much. He said, "Sorry I'm late", with a lack of concern tone. If this is the kind of customer service provided by this establishment, we won't be returning. I was told before I agreed to have the proceed with the that the screen would be Apple, have a warranty and be ready the next day. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. They looked at my iPad and accused me of breaking it tell me it was my fault there product failed and that I would have to buy another screen, After spending over an hour trying to get them to understand the issue and replace the screen with a genuine Apple part I am waiting for a resolution and have opened up a dispute with my ban, i was also able to contact my bank who was able to recotd the conversation. She helped with getting my size, ordering and explaining how to wear the items I rented. This is my 2nd time coming to this location and it will probably be my go-to for renting tuxedos and suits.
