Salesman at the Baseline and Dobson location was helpful and knowledgeable. The sales people at the other Mesa location were abysmal.

Horrible customer service, Makes promises they can't or won't keep. Owner yelled at me over the phone after waiting a week for promised phone case. Do not go here to have your phone repaired. They did a repair on my screen and damaged my front camera. They won't fix it even though there is a warranty on the repair. I was told that it was impossible for the front camera to be damaged during a screen repair and that is NOT true. They want me to pay for the damage that they did. I will absolutely be going somewhere else for the repair. read more

Good little shop with very helpful, knowledgable staff. I have frequented this shop for all my cellular phone needs for years. My purchases have included used and new cellular phones. Not once did I leave wondering if my purchase was wrong or I was steered to make a poor decision. There are not many shops in any industry where trust is not a concern. I have always felt trustworthy of this business. It should be said that while I enjoy the features of newer cellular phone models, it is not mandatory for me to own the newest. If that were the case I probably would need a different cellular shop. read more

Look here I was referred by a friend to come there i eat my child's phone thereto be fix never was able to get it back I called they closed for 2 weeks now I call and they are still not picking up dont get. Wireless Toyz saved me atleast $60 for my screen and LCD repair over QuickFix down the road, who's repairs are ridiculously overpriced. And even upon doing slight damage to the back of my phone, Chris fixed it free of charge. My phone looks like new again! Good, honest customer service. a poor selection of used phones, overpriced new hardware and they do not stand behind the products that they sell. They had 3 used cell phones available, I bought one for $40 on Friday. It did not work correctly (bad keyboard). I called on Saturday, but could not get there that day. Their hours on Sunday didn't work with my schedule. Monday I worked 14 hours. Mid day on Tues, I went by to return the item and was told that I would be charged a restocking fee ($15; almost half the cost of the item). A restocking fee for a defective product!!! I called my credit card and blocked this charge. The rationale for a restocking fee was that I had waited more than 3 days; AND, the guy behind the counter told me that he was already going above and beyond by allowing me to return the item. Seriously, they sold me a piece of junk, but it was expected that I would re-arrange my schedule and suffer MORE inconvenience in order to comply with their 3 day rule (which, by the way, is the ABSOLUTE minimum mandated by state law). Yeah, nice policies. Way to treat your customers. On the upside, I doubt this place will be in business for very long. Their skimpy selection, poor customer service policies and a total lack of customers other than myself during the approximately 1 hour I spent in the store should insure that this rip off joint is gone before too long. A total 'payday loan' style of business, with the predictable ghetto policies. Do yourself a favor, check craigslist, there's plenty of people selling decent phones for less than what this place is charging, and most of them will stand behind the products they sell. read more
