Their quote beat out everyone else, and service was alright, but it may be on its way down. They have pre owned iPhones for sale, but not more than 10-15 at a time. I'll start out by saying Chris is the man!! I've always tried to save money by being a "YouTube Hero" and that can sometimes backfire. I decided to replace the battery on my iPad Air myself and managed to cross a thread on the screw holding the battery connection down...critical failure to say the leas. I took it into Chris who took it to the back room and worked his magic...he managed to get it screwed down and saved my butt big time!! I can't thank him enough. I asked him how much it would've cost to allow him to do it and it wasn't much more than I paid in parts, let alone time and headache. The guys at Experimax are awesome!!! My 2015 MacBook Pro lost a battle with an unstable water bottle. I tried different things to revive it but to no avail. I had a current backup so no data was lost, but I had a huge deadline for work, so I had to purchase a replacement. I let it sit for a few months, reluctant to simply "throw it away". I'm glad I didn't! I decided to pursue revival one more time to see if I could get it working for my son to use. I took it to Experimax and was greeted by Ryan and Russell...super nice guys. They were cautiously optimistic that something could be done, but even with that, the odds were slim because water and electronics don't get along too well. I left it with them for a few days so they could work on it at their convenience. A couple of days later I got a call and was told it was fixed!!! I had an iPad Air that was dropped this weekend - shattered the screen so bad that parts of it were pretty my gone and you could barely ready anything on the screen. I contacted Lynette at Experimac and she said they had the parts and told me how long it would take to replace. I dropped it off today around 11:00 and they said it would be done before they closed. They called me later in the afternoon to let me know it was done. I picked it up and it's beautiful a looks brand new! They provided great customer service - everybody was very friendly. Originally brought in my 2015 MacBook Air to have them quote my cracked screen, but it was too expensive for me to justify as I want to switch to a Microsoft surface anyways. They offered to buy my laptop as is for $200.00 so I left to consider it. A few days later, I decided the offer was good enough so I went back in and they told me they would call me when the person that would write the check was in.. didn't get that call until 3 weeks later. Even then someone was only calling to let me know that they do want it, but they need to wait to get some checks in the store. Okay fine, I'm not in a rush. That phone call was 4+ weeks ago and now I'm ready to get another computer. I walked in there today and the kid tells me that they can't buy anything due to "banking issues". Seriously? So unprofessional. It was essentially a bunch of high school kids running the place so what can you expect as far as customer service I guess. I'm assuming they're going out of business and with my experience there, I'm not at all surprised. read more

They are one of the very few people that are authorized without forwarding your warranty to fix your Apple products. Due to Apple shutting down all locations during COVID-19 in the state of Arizona I have no way of going to the Apple Store. I have worked with this company several times in the past and they were able to fix my phone at an affordable rate all without voiding my warranty because they are authorized by Apple. read more

My Mac Pro 3.1 2008 model died a couple weeks ago. Nadine fixed me up with a great price on a 4.1 2009 model, but I wasn't really satisfied as I wanted a 5.1 2010 model and with a bit more speed and more ram. She went looking till she found one, had it shipped in, and let me bring the 2009 model back for an exchange. I had to pay a few more dollars for the upgrade, which was reasonable, of course. The deal was better than I could find at two other leading national used Mac dealers. Doug provided great service in swapping out machines twice. Glad I found them and now I know where to go for repairs, upgrades and replacements. Doug assured me Nadine is a real person, but I have yet to be at the store when she is there. read more

I brought my computer to Apple for repair and they couldn't help and then to another repair shop and they couldn't help, neither one could even get my info off the hard drive! I almost trashed it... a 27 inch iMac! I found Experimax to sell it to them for parts, because I didn't know how to dispose of it.. instead Chris not only salvaged my computer to get my info from it but showed me how to actually continue to use it!! My MacBook was working great as I tested it out in store, but as soon as I got home my display began to flicker very bad. I tried reaching out to the store the same day and have yet to hear any response to my issue.
