I recently purchased a phone wallet that was over priced and low quality. The salesman was very unfriendly that made me feel unwelcome. It would be better just to buy a brand new device from the actual supplier. Had to come back twice due to faulty Apple phone only to receive another faulty refurbished product after spending $300+ (upgraded to a subpar product with the only benefit being financially to the store) to replace my old phone which worked better even though it was damaged. Don't these products get a thorough testing before being resold or do they just get wiped clean and stuck in a storage case? Not good. The guy at the counter was helpful in the sense that he made sure all of my information was transferred but could have done without a commentary about not have a lot of contacts listed in my phone like that had to do with anything which I found unprofessional. Need help with your phone? Go no further than Wireless Warehouse! My wife and I have both had our phones serviced at Wireless Warehouse. On each occasion, the technicians were professional, efficient and we left with our phones working just great! On my recent visit-April 10, the technician said he'd never seen an iPhone act up like mine. It was not connecting to any WiFi after trying several workarounds. He said, "Come back in an hour, I have another option, but I'd need to reset my phone." I agreed and came back. He'd found a software issue which he fixed and my phone is back! Brought a phone because the speaker wouldn't work. They kept it for 6 weeks and required multiple follow up calls and visits to actually work on it. When I finally got it back, the home button didn't work and it was missing the odder box case that was on it. They claimed that it didn't come with a case and the home button never worked. They charged me close to $300 and it came out worse than it went in. I told them I wasn't accepting it and they agreed to fix the home button and get me my case free of charge. It took another 6 weeks to get my phone back again and still didn't get my case or offer another one. From middle of August to the end of October I didn't have a phone. I wouldn't trust these people with any repairs. read more

The owner got a hold of me a week after this posting and took care of me. He got the part in and he even threw in a screen protector. I wish to write a wrong and let people know that after what I thought was a bad experience turned into a good one. I have my phone back after sometime and it is working perfect. I agree it is easy to complain when one has a bad experience but not too many people will compliment if something has been worked out and I wanted to take the time and let people know that he did end up taking care of me. read more

I brought my tablet here to get the battery replaced in November 2021. They took my name and phone number on a post it note and stuck it on the tablet. By January 2022 when I had not heard from them I visited the store. The employee could not locate my tablet and stated that the owner was away and he again took my name and phone number on a post it note and told me to return in two weeks to speak to the owner. I returned in two weeks and the owner could not locate my tablet - "maybe it was at the warehouse" and "we had a break in here" insinuating that the tablet was taken. He told me that he would look for my tablet. One week later I returned and he still couldn't locate my tablet and accused me of not returning to claim it within 90 days. Untrue!! I wanted my tablet returned - he said he would search for it. I returned in a week and still no tablet. His solution was to replace my tablet with a "better one" a Samsung Galaxy Tab A Kids Edition and after three days it is no longer working. I have lost my tablet and all the information it contained and now have an inoperable tablet as a replacement. This is a poor way to do business and I am extremely unsatisfied!!! They lied to me that the phones on sell were unlocked,when delivered I realized that the phones were locked! I contacted them but the unlocking codes they emailed to me didn't work! Well, bought a new $45 dollar battery for my iphone 4s. It won't charge after one week. They said it could be the charging port and to bring it in and they will try another battery. I asked how late they were open and they said 7. The gentleman on the other end says don't come tonight because it takes like an hour to replace a battery.....I told him that was funny since they replaced the other one in 10 minutes. I will never go back to this place again! Few people told me to come here to get my Iphone 5 screen fixed. I walked in they were busy I asked how long it would take he said an hour and i asked the cost he said $99. I then explained to the employee that the "Smartphone Clinic" on 414 Tecumseh rd, will fix my screen for $65 and they can do it in 15 mins, he turned to me and said "well take your business there", and I looked at him and said excuse me? I was just trying to figure out why you guys are different because this is my first iphone so i dont know what to expect. He said :listen im really busy I got phones to fix, you want it fixed?". I gave the guy a smile and said no im taking my business down the street good bye, and he didnt care at all!. I went to smartphone clinic and had the best experience ever! He owner is soooo nice, very friendly and installed a good quality screen on my Ipho ne as well as a battery in 15 mins!!!! People stop going to Wireless Warehouse you can save yourself $35 on a cracked screen, dont let them fool you into saying they have "quality screen", there using the same ones at Smartphone Clinic. read more
