They screen always come off. They don't glue all the way back on if they break something on your phone they will not repair it.

Dakota acknowledged us upon entry & continued to be hospitable, kind & courteous. I asked about Groupon & he said he would give me a Groupon discount, even though I didn't have access to my account. I thought that was so kind. Actually, he honored 3 discounts for me & gave a 3 week guarantee. I was truly grateful! He will surely get more business from me & lots of referrals. This is BY far the best phone repair store I've ever been to. They were so prompt & transparent with answering my questions on the phone, took my phone ASAP when I got to the store, and had the repair done in 20 minutes. The people working are so kind. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this location. I walked in for one problem and left out with a completely different issue. The store admitted the issue was their fault yet they insisted on repeatedly attempting to fix the issue. I have gone to this store 3 times for the new issue and each time the fix was temporary. The 'store manager', Dante, is extremely rude and I have witnessed him standing in front of the store with a couple of his friends smoking marijuana, as I approached the store doors he quickly put out his weed and walked into the store to assist me while high as a kite. I'd much rather take my business to other companies with respectful and sober employees. If you can avoid going to this location, please do!!! read more

I was driving down 8 mile on my way to another cellular repair store when I saw this store in the plaza I frequently visit. I figured I would stop in to see if they could offer me the same service and price as my usual cellular repair store. Well....they exceeded my expectations and beat the price, quality, and time on repairing the cracked screen on my iPhone 6. I assumed that I would have to drop it off run errands and come back...nope! It was done in about 15 min or less. I finished my phone call and Brian motioned me to the counter to complete the transaction! Brian, DJ and Staff were the best! This is definitely my cellular repair store! On 9-16-19 I took my phone in for repair due to power not coming on. Stated the problem upon talking to the store manager. With out any updates on my phone I had to consistently call to be updated about my phone and was getting told lies telling me different things everytime I called when I should've been receiving updates from the store. As of 9-28-19 (12days of lies) reaching out to the owner (DJ) during this matter I was told there was going to be some relief. Was lies dont trust them for phone repair or you will be with out a phone for weeks very unsatisfied customer and will never do business with them again nor recommend any of my personal friends or colleagues Customer service comes along way by having this bad experience If I could I would give a -1 star by going off the reviews I decided to go with this place thinking it would be great wrong idea and I'm speaking for myself please beware of the fake kindness they use, I assure you it's not real. Man I don't even know where to start was in Florida for vacation and jumped into the pool with my iPhone 6s Plus. Literally pulled it out within 30 seconds but the phone would not turn on.
