He did an amazing job with lots of free added bonuses because he new my wedding was right around the corner. They are very kind from the moment you walk in the door. They offer in house financing which was super quick and straight forward. A few months down the road my auto payment stopped coming out for some reason and they didn't charge me a late fee, they simply resumed my payments and added on the extra months at the end of the term. They have just been so kind, accommodating, and professional. I'm sure all 3 of my children will end up needing braces as well and I'm happy to know I have an amazing orthodontist to take them to! As to the reviews saying the wait time is long...of course it is. If their wait time was super short, it would be because they don't have a lot of customers and clearly they are packed full of clients because of the amazing work they do. When you go to a great facility there is going to be wait times! I will add though, I tend to show up for my appointments an hour early and I always get in super early. The staff is friendly (with the exception of the orthodontist doctor that is not a Lineberger - she was very rude ) and the timing of our appointments are always prompt. Of course my child really likes the snacks and games available for the patients. So Thank you for that service. Dr. Matthew Lineberger has been assessing my daughter for a few years on the correct timing of his braces. We made a decision recently to go with another orthodontist. The reason that we decided to go with another Orthodontist is because I noticed that last few times that I was in the office that there were no people of color. There were only caucasians working in the Huntersville office. There should have been at least two people of color as there were at least 15 employees in the office (not one African American working ). Dr. Lineberger s wall display is full of athletes that are men of color - however is ortho team is not diverse at all. I would like to see the doctor providing equal opportunity for all races. Diversity and Inclusion is just as important. Thank you.
